The staff here are beyond friendly and treat you like family. They were patient with me as I videoed my mom in to look at the machines together. If you have questions regarding their machines or sewing in general they are a wealth of knowledge. Their vintage sewing machine products are in great working condition. I'll certainly be returning to have my machine maintenanced and for future machine purchases.

Not helpful at all. I dropped off my Pfaff Overlocker.....they knew they couldn’t fix it, kept it for over a week, when I called the lady who answered the phone, was extremely unpleasant. She then put some guy on the phone and proceeded to be rude telling him he wouldn’t be able to get any of the parts, nor was he going to look through his inventory to see if he had any parts. When I mentioned about the pieces that are lose and not in working order, he said he couldn’t get to the broken pieces, (how is that possible when you are a repair shop, and this is what you do). Which I was ok with

Excellent service, one year warranty on repairs, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great second hand machines to purchase, a selection of supplies, and they're a Pfaff dealer. Their repairs are on point, and make sure to communicate with you about whether or not it's worth fixing your machine instead of just to taking your money. I *highly* recommend this shop!
