This company is very rude never show up to pick up my car. On the phone basically called me a liar stating that his tow truck man came out there. Called me several times. Never had a missed call on my call log at all. I tried to explain that to him on the phone his tone changed got loud and disrespectful basically call me a liar. I screenshot my call log to show him that he never called. He claim they never seen my car but my car was there in Plain view. Check it, I have a door Bell camera and no tow truck on the street in the video and had someone there waiting for the tow to come. No one should

Top notch service from a towing company. I've never had a tow truck driver show up and was concerned about my well being before taking care of my vehicle. That's a first. Highly Professional Service. Although a little busy, the crew at Steve’s provide top-notch service from dispatching to vehicle pick up, and even asking questions about the correct location to take or drop off your vehicle (“Are you taking it to a dealership’s collision shop or service and maintenance shop?”). Totally affordable, very realistic with time estimates for picking up and dropping off vehicles, and the drivers are clean, professional, and call before they reach their destinations.The crew at Steve’s definitely understand that having a vehicle towed is not a pleasant experience, but they make it as pleasant

Absolutely horrible. Worst service from a "Service company" ever experienced. I called for a quote to have a car towed. Told them it was All wheel drive. They gave me a price and agreed on a time frame to meet. Time came around they told me they'd be there in 20 minutes. An hour later they told me 10 minutes. 25 minutes later they told me 3 minutes. 15 minutes later they pull up, look at the car and say they can't tow it. Said "Its not their fault it, they didnt know it was all wheel drive" It was the exact guy I talked to!!! Complete waste of time and they refused to apologize for wasting my time
