My husband and I walked into our first counseling session with Steve Leavitt after a flight delay and being up all night in the airport mostly fighting instead of sleeping.
God had us exhausted and raw for advising!
Our very first session turned that right around and we were both excited for the next few days.
Steve listened so intently to both of us and gave immediate answers to our questions. He also asked the right questions to help us open up and dig deeper.
I haven’t felt so close to my husband in years!

Rock Your Family rocks! If I could spend at least a week there every year, I would! A place to learn, grow, receive, experience nature, reflect, see things from a new and different perspective! And the therapists and staff are amazing, super friendly, and always bringing the focus back to why we’re here! So glad we went as a family! So glad a good friend recommended it to me! We experienced a wonderful marriage intensive one on one with Steve over 2 days. Steve quickly found our main "issue" and was direct and practical with us. He paced information perfectly. Great listening and his years of experience were invaluable to us.

My wife and I attended a week of "Marriage Intensive" counseling with Jordan Hall as our counselor at Rock Your Family in October of 2020. I took my time to send a review so I could have a solid history supporting my comments. Bottom line, it saved our marriage. That doesn't mean it was easy. There is a lot of work that goes into respectful, sensitive, selfless, humble godly communication. Especially for me since my old prideful communication was always waiting to come out. Thank you, Jordan, for all your help! We never thought we would end up being a couple that needed counseling, but circumstances come at you hard sometimes. We came broken and at a loss for how to move forward. Jordan helped facilitate true forgiveness, helped us trust again, showed us how to communicate better, and helped us learn how to meet each other's needs more effectively. My husband and i were stuck in a rut and lacked proper and loving communication. We thought we had tried everything. Let’s just say we didn’t play fair when it came to disagreeing. So, i took the plunge and made an appt with Steve and wow! We learned so many new ways to show each other love and respect and how to fight fair, lose the battle to win the war and to always remember to have god in the center of our marriage. Part of our intensive was in the office but my favorite was the outdoor time. It really reminded us of how much joy with have when we play together. I strongly suggest Steve

I am gaining tools from my sessions to use to combat my depression and anxiety and I am very grateful for my experience here!

Fantastic and caring staff pull out all the stops to help accommodate crazy schedules as well as try a variety of techniques including talk therapy and EMDR to help unravel whatever it is you’re going through. I’ve worked with Elena one on one for almost a year now and have made amazing progress, also worked with Jordan for several months of marriage counseling with my hubby and was able to identify some areas for improvement. Would highly recommend this place and these people for your needs.
