A real Central Coast Gem located conveniently near the crossroads of Broad St (Hwy 227) and Tank Farm Rd in San Luis Obispo. We staff multiple certified opticians with decades of combined experience. Catering to the non-insured is something we do best! A large selection of frames are always on sale, we also offer monthly promotions on lenses.

What a great find this is!! I needed new frames and quick! Ashley helped me get new glasses in less than a week. We ended up getting a second pair because RJ was so knowledgable and helpful. This shop carries so many modern and beautiful frames. They had the specific brand I was looking for. We will return here for all our eye glasses needs. Check them out before you buy elsewhere.

RJ, Ashley and their team are seriously the best. Debonair Eyes has been in their family for 20 years, and RJ has been there for almost all of those years. He is absolutely brilliant and gives the best customer service. I moved away several years ago and he does glasses and sunglasses for me and my family and even some of my friends here in SLC. I've had great experiences with RJ and his staff over the years. Just had another one! Got some replacement lenses in my sunglasses and Ashley helped me be brave by supporting my choice of a new lens color (black frame, amber lens from gray lens). She grabbed up several versions of that combo on the floor and I felt better. They came out great - best sunglasses! And she also noticed I needed new temple tips. I basically have a brand new pair of prescription sunglasses. Thank you RJ & Ashley!

I have been to many eye doctors and have been satisfied and they always tell me that my prescription is so close that my prescription should stay they same and I've always explained that I really feel my prescription was just a slight bit off and they've always assured me that is my prescription Anyways I went to Debonair and explained the same exact situation and RJ the owner talked to his eye doctor and explained my situation and finally they changed my prescription and I can see better than ever but best of all I'm way more comfortable with my new prescription and also got two

These folks have always provided services at the high level. My wife and I have been going to them for years. Their prices are very reasonable. They also have a wide selection of products and provide repair services. Today my prescription readers broke and were not repairable. I called RJ and within 2 hours I picked up a new pair. Now that's special service.

Yesterday, I went in to go ask if they could repair my broken glasses, which I had bought elsewhere. Randy was very helpful and skillful! He found a screw which fit just right and fixed them while I was still standing there. It only took a few minutes and I had thought I would need whole new frames! Amazing service! Thankyou!

Debonair Eyes is the best place to get eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses, bar none. RJ and his team will always go above and beyond to treat their customers well and make sure their customers receive the highest level of customer service. Their prices are great, and they are highly skilled at making lenses in house as well as making any adjustments to your existing frames. I have also had a super easy time whenever I have had to file a warranty claim to get replacement lenses through them. Even when a company like Oakley falls short in the customer service department, RJ will work hard

I give this business a 20 out of 20.... Seriously, though. These guys are incredible! Don't go anywhere else. Just go here. Their selection of frames is the bomb. I've never been this happy with a pair of glasses and it took so little time to find the frames I wanted that I didn't know what to do with my time afterward; I'm not even kidding. This business also has an amazing staff of friendly, kind individuals who really know their stuff. Trust me: When you go to pick up those new glasses at this place you'll be walking out of that door with confidence and style.

I've come to this optician a couple of times and each time has been an exceptional experience. The staff is friendly and are very competent when dealing with my questions or minor repairs. Their frames are high quality and the prices are competitive, keeping in mind that they are not a cheap Costco-type shop. Their billing doesn't bother us because we don't expect to get extras for free. Like buying a new car, if you want special upgrades from the base model you will have to pay for them. Ask for lens pricing up front and they will explain it to you.
The customer service is top notch. The owners and employees are very nice and knowledgeable
