Make sand castles on our sugar sand beach, the largest beach on Wixom Lake (over 1,980 acres) which is an all sports lake! Hopefully, the lake will be back sooner rather than later! We have a boat ramp, fishing, Tiki bar pavilion, swimming, remodeled club house, new seawall, lots of shade with picnic tables and benches, pavilion and are pet friendly. Bring your boat or rent one nearby to go to Pontoon Alley or Juicy Bone restaurant. Wifi is at the clubhouse! Bring your motor home, fifth wheel or pull behind camper trailer and do some great family camping on our RV lots with full hook ups(electricity, water and sewer).

Cabins rented by the weekend, week, month or seasonally. Please call for details. Mobile home lot rent of $292 and up includes water, sewer and trash. Please call for seasonal, weekly or daily RV lots for 2021. Our RV Park lots are all full hook up (water, sewer and electric) and we cater to self contained rvs.

Rent is way too high for RV sites. No cable or wifi and there is no lake so the price should reflect this. They are higher than any other campground in the area but because I travelled so far to my new job in Michigan I went ahead and painfully paid the monthly rent charge. Highest I've ever paid to a campground and I've travelled all over the US. They do have a pool and decent sites but no concrete slabs so it's hard to get level. People are friendly that live in the mobile homes year round but I won't be paying for another month at the rediculous cost of this place.

The owners have taken a very dated old mobile home park and turned it into a great clean safe place. And they are not done yet. More improvements constantly in the works. Now we have a nice beach area, lots of great docks, renovated/updated cabins and RV spots available for rent. Our family loves coming "to the lake" Good job Dave and Carol.

I can't say enough good things about Pleasant Beach Resorts! The owners are friendly and accommodating. The cabins are beautiful. They have everything you need for a fantastic Michigan vacation. Wixom lake is a beautiful place to take your family for a relaxing summer vacation and Pleasant Beach is the perfect place to enjoy!
