This place has only been open at this San Rafael location for a few months. It is open to the general public. If you have a landscaping job, it's likely your people will be buying supply's here because of their prices and inventory. I got exactly what I needed within seconds. They have many people working here for great customer care. The young man who rang up my order carried it to my car! If you have a need for landscape watering supplies this is your place!

This is the place for high quality irrigation supplies at fair prices. They have a huge stock with all the fittings, emitters, pipe, controllers, etc. etc. that you would ever need. You do need to plan out your system, but you are free to examine the parts and they are quite helpful. I just completed a large project and they had everything that I needed. They are steps above the big box stores in terms of variety and quality. I wouldn't go there for a handful of parts, but if you are planning a significant installation, this is absolutely the best place to shop.

These guys are solid. They're nice, they handle questions with professionalism and speed, and they have what you need. They're handling the Covid-19 thing well too. They won't bother you, but if you have a question, just ask and you'll get the answer you need. They've gone above and beyond for me many times. highly recommend for all irrigation and landscaping needs.

Great well stocked store and really nice, service-oriented staff who know their stuff. Big shout out to Ricardo Navarro the service lead... models the way everyone should be treated in a store. Went out of his way to make me feel welcomed, gave me a great deal on a irrigation controller and some overall recommendations to consider to replace my old one.
Definitely the place to go in southern Marin for your watering needs.

I am in the process of installing artificial grass in my backyard and was advised by a friend to stop at Watersavers as they have all the product I need for my project. Not only did they have all that I needed for the project Ricardo Navarro and Oscar were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Ricardo gave me a pictorial that was detailed and made the task bearable. He guided me on the materials and made recommendations that helped me out. Oscar assisted me with all my stuff and both provided excellent costumer service. I will be shopping there again once I decide to take on the front yard. What

I have been coming here for years with my brother and Farnsworth Landscaping. Always incredibly knowledgeable staff. Helpful and understanding of what it takes to make and maintain long term customer relationships. Prices are in line with major chains but they have EVERYTHING for irrigation so you never have to make multiple stops to get all your materials.

I recently had an order delivered from Watersavers Irrigation. The driver was Ricardo, He was extremely helpful. He was willing to place the 20' sections of bender boards on the side of the house which made my job much easier as these were quite heavy. Ricardo was prompt with the delivery and a perfect gentlemen.

I visited Watersavers after being referred by a friend. I was in such desperate need due to our sprinkler system freezing up. We had not used our sprinklers in months, due to the drought. We decided to make sure they were still functioning one weekend and they completely stopped working! I went to this establishment and I had such great customer service. Ricardo showed me that good customer service still exists! It was even more amazing to see they had landscaping tools! No need for Home Depot! Thank you Ricardo for all of your help! I will certainly refer my friends to Watersavers!

Stumbled across this place a little while back. We had a mole problem and really needed to fix up some huge holes we had as well as fix some irrigation pipes while we were at it. I read the review before going and saw how friendly and helpful the staff was. Well when we visited the store we really were not disappointed. A gentleman by the name of Ricardo helped us and I am amazed by the level of amazing customer service we got. I could not be happier with the help we had by Ricardo. I'm so happy we looked up this store on yelp and got all of the info we needed to make our decision to go here

Just went to Watersavers for the first time today - they were a lifesaver. I have an old drip line that has different fittings than are now commonly used but in need of repair. Not only did they have parts to fix it, they were helpful in telling me how to approach the repair. They were so quick and helpful - would highly recommend. Don't plan to go anywhere else for my system again!

At first, I found the place intimidating... being a woman working on her own irrigation system, I felt I was not welcomed in this pro Irrigation store.
The first few times I came in, I was ignored and dismissed... it felt like a lot of negative 'boy's club' energy.
When I came in a 3rd time I was greeted with a sweet smile from Ricarello. What a nice guy. He totally changed my mind about this place.
He got me all set up with what I needed and then some.
I was expecting to be ignored again but he actually helped me.

I don't know about those negative reviews but my experience have been awesome.
The people there are really nice and very helpful, especially Ricarelo, I had been working with him twice. He went extra miles to help me out. I'm not a contractor but they treating me the same. I had bad experiences with other local lumber stores in the area where they would treat contractors better (since they make more money from them).
By the way, the owner are also awesome.
Love this place. I wish they sold everything else they had at HomeDepot. I totally would've shopped here all the time.
