Siembra Leadership High School is dedicated to inspiring students through entrepreneurship, innovation, and learning by doing. Located in Downtown Albuquerque, Siembra is a free, entrepreneurship-focused, public charter high school that gives students access to relevant real-world projects through hands-on, exciting learning every single day.
Our students will have the opportunity to start their own business or non-profit while they prepare for college. Services
Students will have the opportunity to start their own business or nonprofit while they prepare for college. Siembra provides students with immersive, real-world learning that prepares them for their future in college and in their career. Our staff are dedicated to high expectations; students learn 21st century skills about professionalism, collaborative learning, and teamwork, but also develop leadership skills to succeed wherever they go.
The New Mexico Center for School Leadership (CSL) is committed to making sure our students succeed in our communities and transition into fulfilling lives. CSL ensures all Leadership High Schools continue to innovate and sustain growth while designing new high schools with input from the people who have the most at stake in the success of our educational system: students and families, community members, and employers.

Siembra Leadership High School is hiring educational innovators who are committed to preparing the next generation of entrepreneurs in Albuquerque. They must be smart, committed, hardworking people who are passionate about working in a start-up school that has re-designed the nature of teaching and learning for students and families.
The Circle of Support initiative fosters the relationship between Albuquerque's small businesses and Siembra's young entrepreneurs. Business members of the Circle of Support will make a two-year commitment to supporting and engaging with students. Complete an annual survey created by Siembra students to understand the challenges and opportunities of starting and operating a business.
