Ms. Govea has been working in public accounting with Buchanan & Reed since the beginning of 2017 and is currently pursuing her CPA license. Previously, Ms. Govea served as a volunteer tax preparer with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program through United Way Bay Area.
As an energetic Staff Accountant she provides accounting, taxation and tax planning services for Individuals, LLC's, LLP's, LP's, S-Corporations, Corporations, Trusts and Non-Profit entities.Prior to joining Buchanan & Reed, Inc., Ms. Govea worked with Oracle in their Sales & Use tax department. B.S. in Business Administration concentrating in Accounting and Minor in Communication Studies from San Jose State University.

Fernanda Rodriguez double majored in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Psychology from UC Irvine. Ms. Rodriguez volunteered for the Orange County Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program during her undergraduate studies where she provided free tax services. She worked as an accountant in the private jet airline industry at JetSuite prior to joining Buchanan & Reed.
