CPAP Store

I called Thomas this morning about getting a replacement CPAP machine because the one I have quit working the night before. So he was very helpful with talking about his products. So he asked me what my machine was doing and I told him I couldn't get it to start up. He then ask if I could bring it by and he would look at and help me troubleshoot it. I get there within 30 minutes he works on it for a bit and got it working. I asked him what I owed him and he said you owe me nothing and Happy New Year! I told him to order me another machine even though he got mine working. Anyone who uses a CPAP

I am not usually one to leave reviews but thought it was important to let others know that CPAP Store Dallas is a great resource for sleep needs!!
I have been struggling for years to find a CPAP mask that fits me well and actually feels comfortable to sleep in. I’ve tried so many different masks that were sent through my insurance company but never found one that I really liked using.
When we were vacationing in Dallas, we came across this store and my wife forced me to go check it out. I have to say it was one of the best decisions I have made!

Thomas, the new owner, really saved my bacon. I was calling around to see if anyone had any machines in stock because mine broke - which is an emergency really. He said machines were back ordered everywhere, but to bring it in and see if he could fix it. The other cpap store in Richardson didn’t offer that at all, and said I was out of luck. Turns out the power supply was broken and it was an easy fix. Go here. These guys are great and saved me.

I was in need of a new CPAP mask and was so happy when I entered the store. I was met by Thomas, and he spent a lot of time with me explaining different options for a cpap mask for a woman.
He actually fit me for a mask that would work for me. He answered all my questions and he was very knowledgable. to have to use CPAP masks and other items can get very confusing. I was happy I found this store, I really didn't want to deal with ordering a mask online.

I wish i was a writer to come up with better superlatives, but...David and Wendy are super duper helpful, patient, and informative. After spending a few hours here, I finally left with no more questions, every question was answered, every fear and concern alleviated.

Four years ago, a sleep specialist prescribed a cpap machine for my husband. Unfortunately, we ended up not buying one, due to a lack of guidance from the doctor who did my husband's sleep study.
A couple days ago, however, we decided to visit the Cpap Store in Dallas, where we met Dave. He spent over an hour with my husband and I, discussing how a cpap machine works and how to use one, having my husband try on several cpap masks until he found one that fit him just perfectly, and showing us how to clean my husband's new machine.
Later that evening, my husband tried out his new cpap machine.

Came to the CPAP Store after seeing the fantastic reviews - and I'm thrilled I did. David was so helpful and worked hard to ensure I had the right type of mask and right fit. The demo masks (double sanitized with UV light and sanitizer wipes) were really useful for confirming what size nasal cushions to get, and David had great tips to help ensure my new mask and headgear would be comfortable but snug too. I brought it right home, and immediately tried it on with my sleep mask (I work overnights, and my previous CPAP mask wasn't compatible with the sleep mask) - fits like a charm! I couldn't be

We came into town for a couple days and my business partner needed a hose for his CPAP. It was an emergency. I ended up finding the Cpap Store and David helped us out. He provided outstanding customer service. Definitely above and beyond any customer service we’ve had before. This store really really cares about customers. Thank you so much for helping us out.

Answered the phone at 10:30 PM when I had an emergency after traveling to Dallas. Had the supplies the next day, a Sunday. Great service. Completely recommended.

The owner David was awesome! I came in at 5:40 he stayed all the way till 7:00 fitting me with a mask and showing me how to work my machine!!! Mind you they close at 6:00 So impressed with his knowledge and customer service. They prices here are so fair and the overall experience was awesome. Thank you for the best experience I could ask for.

Very Pleased! Customer Service was Excellant! Vey knowledgeable, Helpful, Most All Friendly. Been needing some supplies for My ResMed 9. They had them in Stock and a a great price.
