We have 3 seadoos, 3 adult male children, that ride them as they were built to be ridden. So you can imagine we have had our fair share of mishaps! Deer Valley Marine has been extremely responsive, respectful & a pleasure to work with on normal maintenance, as well as the mishaps of our adventures! Highly recommend. They were recommended to us by our neighbor, and have not been disappointed!

They helped me out with my boat in dry storage and saved me a trip out to MO. The only guys I could find who would come to you instead of bringing your boat to them.
Update late 2020 early 2021. I made three attempts to contact them to get work done. Was promised they would work on it but never got a call back and unfortunately the work did not get done. I realize everybody' busy with the covid-19 epidemic and such but a call back would have been nice. Now I need to plan a trip out there to do the work myself and I live a thousand miles away.

Will never go back! Took my boat there for some service work and to fix an oil leak. After a month I got it back with the same leak. Also, interior was filthy...full of sticks and leaves and engine compartment flooded with rain water. Realized when I got home that one of my trailer lights had been broken. When I called about the oil leak I was… told "that's odd" and that they would come to my dock to look at it. A week and a half later I called and was told I'm not on the schedule and someone would call me. No one ever did. They don't return my calls.

The initial serviceman who came out to look at our boat didn't have a clue about what was actually wrong and it took my husband talking to the owner on the phone to agree it didn't make since what he said was wrong. He then took over and we felt like we were in good hands. We have duel motors and were charged for two oil changes but when we got to our boat- luckily my husband always checks oil and one of the motors oil was extremely low and the oil was dirty. They never did it. We took to another company and had the rest of the issues resolved. Deer valley marine had give our extended

I had sea water pump problems and called Tad after hrs, he told me he would get on it first thing in the morning and they did! They do great work at a reasonable price. They have been taking care of my boat for a few yrs and I have no complaints. Thanks Tad and your staff for making sure we get to enjoy our weekends!

Honestly, would give this place negative stars if it was possible. They are completely terrible and caught us a trade in on a new boat because they didn't put oil in our freaking boat after doing a summerization and oil change. We had a great deal on a trade and lost it because the dealership didn't want our boat since it didn't have oil in it when we brought it to them to get checked out. Thank God we tried to trade it in or we wouldn't have known and permanent damage might have been done to our boat but fortunately we didn't do enough driving to ruin anything this past

My husband has been in the automotive business for 30 years so when health conditions didn't allow him to do his own work on our boat,we researched and found Deer Valley Marine. I highly recommend Deer Valley Marine! I took my PWC to them because I could not get it to run properly. Tad, the owner, took time to talk with me and explain what needed to be to done to fix it and let me know how much it would cost and how long it would take. I was amazed by how quickly he was able to fix my PWC and how reasonable the cost was. After I had my PWC back Tad kept in contact with me to make sure that it continued running correctly. Since getting my PWC back it has ran PERFECTLY and all my friends are jealous of how fast it is!

I was at Lake of the Ozarks for the Big Bass Bash in April and lost some steering fluid thanks to some shoddy work by Bass Pro Shops. I had to frantically call every shop in the area to try and find somewhere the day before the tournament to fix it. Thankfully, I called these guys and was told to bring it in and they'd get it fixed. Dropped it off and even though they were busy, they got to it in less than an hour. It cost me 1/4 what it did at Bass Pro when I'm sure they knew they could have jacked the price up because of my situation. Great people to deal with and they really saved the weekend
