This place might be the best experience in boat buying EVER. These folks worked and worked and worked to make this deal possible for me with 2 different lenders! That aside.......they were the most pleasant people you'd ever wanna meet let alone buy something from. Service was outstanding! They wouldn't let me leave without knowing and reviewing every part of that boat. I traveled from Chicago in January to purchase this boat. Worth every penny. All that and a boat ride........best place ever.

***Buyer Beware*** Drove 7+ hours to look at a boat. Was told they have a 2 year old (2019) trailer we can purchase on top of the price for the boat. The "2019" trailer had the year, make, model, and vin scratched off. Trailer brakes did not work nor will they guarantee trailer brakes to work when purchasing a boat and trailer from them. This is all in addition of many other mechanical issues with the trailer. When we said we can't take the boat 500 miles home with a trailer in this condition, the sales person became rude and defensive instead of trying to make things right. I wouldn't recommend

I wish i could give this place 10 stars. I cannot begin to say how great my experience was. I drove 7+ hours to purchase a boat and the staff there was great. I obviously had a lot of questions since I was coming from such distance and they answered every one. Captain Billy is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Beth had all of our paperwork ready when we arrived and were satisfied with everything. Also, Jimmy was great to help us with getting everything started. I was nervous to drive that long and be disappointed, but I was far from it. I could not have asked for a better buying experience

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Purchased a used boat on April 2nd 2021…while on test drive radio did not work and was informed dock lights do not work but parts have been ordered. Was placed on purchase agreement that both would be fixed.
Took delivery of boat AFTER being told both had been fixed.
Boat was transported to Saint Charles where comes to find out radio and dock lights still do not work.
Texted both Jimmy and Billy. Jimmy informed me Billy was out on a test drive but would call me that day when back in. Well that was 3 weeks ago and no phone call. Have texted 4 times since then and neither of

We purchased a 25 foot Crest tritoon. Jake our sales rep was wonderful, not so much anyone else. We arranged a date and time for a test drive. After a 3 hour drive to get there for the test drive, the boat was not there. It had been moved off site for some upholstery work, and they couldn't be bothered to call us and reschedule. Same thing happened when app was made to pick up the boat. Despite 2 days notice, they said boat was "buried" and it took 3 HR past app time.

Amazing and super friendly staff. We actually drove up about 5 hours away and had an issue with our trailer that we were going to use to pick up our new boat. The issue couldn't be fixed so the owner made sure we had a trailer to use out of his personal collection. Could not be happier with the service and people who work here. We will definitely be back

Overall great experience. Ryan, Beth and Jason helped streamline my out of state transaction and couldn’t be more happy. Beth the business manager had great communication throughout and was a joy to work with! Even the owner, Jason got involved to make sure I felt comfortable and fully versed with realistic expectations on my Cobalt 360. All in all everyone went above and beyond to make the purchase seamless! Will be back to buy future boats from heartland.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS, I absolutely would. We bought a used 2014 SeaRay Sundeck 260 from Heartland Marine last summer. The boat had low hours and was being sold at the top end of the value of this boat, $59K. We were unfortunately unable to go see the boat because of Covid and Missouri being on the restricted list of states for Illinois to travel to. This was also my first time buying a boat, and there were things that I know today that I didn't know then.
