My wife ordered a boundary survey since the title company we worked with had ordered a boundary survey on another property we own. We paid for the survey and were told it would be completed within a certain time frame. I contacted the office numerous times asking when the survey would be completed and kept being told tomorrow. Thanksgiving holiday came around and I again contacted the office and was told it would done the day before thanksgiving. The day came around and I was told the surveyors had taken off. As a processor at a title company, we've been using LandTec for most of our survey needs in the past year (our local surveyor retired). I was concerned at first with the switch due to personal reasons but have been overall very satisfied with this company and the work they provide. Communication is great, and they are very good about returning phone calls and emails. I am posting this on 9/10/2021 in the middle of a housing bubble and can honestly say turn-around times are unbeatable. Local surveyors are quoting up to eight weeks out right now! I receive most of the surveys I order within 10 business

This survey company is the worst I have ever experienced. We still have outstanding survey requests pending for over 2 months in Sarasota Florida. The Survey Manager, Mike Cook does not deliver on his own time frames and does not return calls. The legal description on their survey work product even had typos. Unreliable and unprofessional.

Would not return calls or email and did not deliver on their promise to send quote proposal. There is literally no reason to no not reply even if they can’t deliver. Would not waste your time with them.

It is with joy and appreciation that i am writing this review for a company that has been an awesome resource for my job. They say you are only as good as your team, I am so happy that they are on my team. I am most specifically appreciative of Courtney who went above and beyond to make my closing happen on time.
