My daughter had her tattoo done tonight and I picked her up from the place. She was scrambling to use the ATM machine for cash and rejected her card for repeated use. Apparently, the parlor only takes cash and didn’t tell her until the end. I went in the parlor and asked if they take Venmo. Paul adamantly said cash only. I asked him if he told my daughter that before they did his tattoos. He said no. I Asked him if they had a sign that they only take cash. He said yes. Paul and I walked around the place and found out there’s no signs anywhere. He said what are you going to do about it? He held

Came in as a walk in, spent about 20-25 minutes total deciding on getting a tattoo and waiting on a design. Nick was my artist and did a fantastic job. Super chill dude and love the vibe of the place. My roommate and girlfriend also got tattoos as well and really enjoyed their experiences. Will definitely come back for more from Nick!

I got matching tattoos with my mom I got mine on my neck hers on her back and we love them but Im giving 3 stars for the guy that did mine for poor customer service and staining my white sweatshirt. When he finished my tattoo I asked if he had anything to wipe the blood/ink out of my sweatshirt he said "oh thats not coming out, thats ink)" (he spoke to me in a matter of fact kind of way like I should have known that)(Also to make things a little more clear im laying down unable to see what he is doing so I didnt notice the stain until after he finished) the second he got anything on my sweatshirt

Went in for matching tattoos with a group of girl friends, we were helped immediately. All the artists were very welcoming and polite. The shop smelled and appeared to be very clean. My tattoo came out amazing, better than I could’ve imagined. I very impressed. this spot is most definitely my new favorite shop in California.

I wasn’t sure I wanted to provide a negative review but felt it might help someone else. I went here because it has been listed as one of the best places to get a tattoo and my previous tattoo artist is no longer in Sacramento. I went into get a memorial tattoo of my dogs paw print. I had a paw print I had taken of my precious pup to use. The only thing I can truly say is he at least got the paw correct. He was not happy with adding color and argued with me about how it wouldn’t look like what I wanted. I should share with you I have multiple tattoos, this is not my first. I had the tattoo

I've gotten some great quality of work, so that's cool. Most of the guys are nice. But certain artists have an arrogance about whether what you're getting is cool enough or classic tattoo style enough. My particular artist had a difficult time hiding his disdain for mainstream, female customers that want something small and feminine.i love what I ended up deciding on but his abrasive attitude and judgemental commentary colored the experience when it was supposed to be something important and highly personal for me. I’ve been coming here for 5 years now, been tatted by almost every artist and I can honestly say that all of the good artists quit last year (2020) because of poor management and now I see why. The artists that are left are never on time, they’re rude and sadly most are addicted to cigarettes so that’s why the places REEKS of tobacco and why it’s such a bad experience because they stop the tattoos frequently to smoke.

Shop owner ROBBED US OF MORE MONEY after having paid for three tattoos, all cash. He *only* accepts cash but fails to verify the cash that is given to him in shop. TIP TO ANYONE that comes to this place- make sure they count the money in front of you after you pay them! Also, we were not given a price for our tattoos. Instead they charged us after the service what seemed to be a wee bit high for a small floral tattoo. Seems we were robbed in more ways than one at this place. We paid for our tattoos and were not given a receipt after having handed the shop owner a large sum of cash for three tattoos
