Mr Arbor (Hector) was a great choice. They took down some really big eucalyptus trees on a steep hillside. They were competitively priced and did the work quickly and effectively. They even finished one day less than their estimate.

They are also a very professional outfit. One of their workers mistakenly caused minor damage to a fence post when they were removing the huge trees. When I told the owner he came out and fixed the fence like new with no haggling. I know things can go a little sideways on huge jobs like this. I really respect a company that stands by their work.

The team showed up to do the work exactly when scheduled. Did exactly what we agreed upon; but were flexible when I added some things at the last minute. The team completed the work exactly when they said they would be. Clean-up was excellent. Perfect - and I'm very hard to please.

You should watch the work as it progresses to make sure they cut back all the sections you want, but the guys have a good eye for aesthetics all on their own. They will do whatever you ask as long as it is within the time frame and scope of work agreed upon in the estimate. Be sure you have a clear understanding on how long they will spend on your job. Amazing...amazing work by Mr Arbor Tree Care. I needed a small 20ft plum tree removed because the roots and fruits were growing and dropping onto my neighbor’s side of the fence. Mr. Arbor aka Hector Chan was recommended to me by a neighbor in Strawberry who was very happy with his work.

He came for an estimate at the end of the same day I called him. His team worked over the Memorial Day weekend. I was especially pleased with him and his team. Very professional, hard working, safe and efficient. They were very sensitive to accommodating not only me but my neighbors too. His prices were very competitive and significantly lower than other estimates.

We needed to have a huge pine tree removed from our back yard. Mr Arbor's tree care came and in one day , very efficiently removed the tree and hauled away all the wood and debris. As a team these guys are the best, I was amazed at watching how fast they worked and got it done, especially after other tree services told us it would take 2-5 days. I highly recommend them for any and all tree work!

Mr. Arbor did a fantastic and most professional job in taking down and removing our 8 giant pine trees from our back yard! The work was difficult and in my estimation, very dangerous, but Hector and his quite competent crew, not only made it look easy, but they all did the work quickly and amazingly cheerful as well!! They were a joy to have on our property and I have recommended them to several neighbors and friends as well!

We just bought our house in San Rafael and the previous owners were growing a (dead) forest in our backyard. I called Hector on a Wednesday, and his crew showed up on time (actually early) the next day to tackle our yard. It took them less than 4 hours to beautifully trim back our Oak trees, and rid our yard of unnecessary trees/brushes/etc. They even raked up PILES of dead leaves that had accumulated over time. I will definitely be calling Hector again to tackle the rest of our yard when we are ready.
