Superb customer service.
They love what they do.
A few months ago we needed a stair lift. I called them for advice and prices, expecting this to take a few weeks to complete. It took less than 48 hours. They came out, showed us our options. We made our choice, and they went into action. The stair lift was completely installed by afternoon of the next day.
The stair lift is still working fine. So I wanted to make them my first Google review.

I had a wonderful experience working with Mark of Mobility Solutions. After explaining to Mark I needed a ramp for my mom, who gets around with a wheelchair 90% of the time, he was able to bring out an EZ Access Metal Ramp within a few days. His quick response time allowed me to seamlessly roll my mom out of the house and take her to her scheduled appointment without having to cancel or reschedule. Mark came to the house, setup the ramp and went over other mobility options. We are satisfied with our EZ ramp and highly recommend this company! Thank you!

Called office and talked to Jeff. Jeff gave me the owners (Dale) cell number and said I can call or text him with my problem. I texted Dale and within an hour he texted me back and said he will work on getting me a technician out as soon as possible. With two days he had a technician out to my home. The technician (Nick) was very professional and called me two times to update me on his ETA. Nick explained to me the problems and the necessary repairs needed. We needed a chair lift installed on a stairway. Mark came over in the morning and gave us a quote for a top-quality lift. We thought the price was very reasonable and accepted. Unbelievably, his team was at the house a few hours later to do the full install. They were extremely professional, competent and respectful of our property. John provided a thorough demonstration, user tutorial and explanation of how to care for the unit in the coming years. This is a great company - I wouldn't go anywhere else for our mobility needs.

I cannot sing the praises of Mobility Solutions, and Mark, the owner, enough!! Mark has been unbelievably helpful to my disabled brother, and has generously extended himself to me and his children as well when we have needed advice on how to solve his mobility issues. My brother is rather careless and not the best driver with his power chair, and not infrequently calls Mark in a panic that he has done something to the chair and is having problems with it. Mark at Mobility Solutions was professional, fair and just wonderful to work with. We needed a ramp from the door in our garage and Mobility Solutions' price and professional service were above and beyond what I expected. Mark would not accept payment until he was satisfied that everything was just as we wanted it and acceptable to his standards! He even recommended and brought us a transport wheelchair to help in transporting my mother, which we gladly purchased from him after trying it out. I highly recommend this company!

Mobility Solutions, the Only Place to Shop! I had gone through hours and hours of research with many sent emails and phone messages left with other companies. I, living in South Carolina needed a chair lift company in Maryland that was not only affordable but one that I could depend on for an elderly parent that just recovered from cancer and all the complications that followed. Finally a place that helps disabled people become more mobile that really cares about its customers and puts people before profit!
The owner, Mark, helped me find the best chair for my sister and even gave me a nice deal on it, once we came out of rental. When the batteries were not charging well, Matt came by and replaced them, almost immediately!
Linda, who works in the office, is as frirndly and helpful as they come. The only mobility equipment store in the DC that I 'd recommend to anyone without hesitation!
