Payments are charged when products are shipped except scooters and go carts. All payments are processed through Scootertronics and will show on your credit card statement as Scootertronics. Ordered over 200 worth of items supposed to be here in 5 days. Recieved an email 4 days later that said would take "atleast 2weeks". Called and Owner said he couldn't get parts I ordered but would have some parts to atleast get my bike running in 2 days. Texted him in 2 days and he replied that he "no longer wanted the sale". Horrible way to run a business, I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

I called the phone number to inquire about an order that has been canceled because it was no longer available. The phone rang several times and then I got a voicemail that said to leave a message, there was no way to do that since the mailbox was full. I placed an order over 30 days ago and I never received my item when I call to get any any information guy was YELLING at me " Sr we don't have your part so your credit card was not charge", so when I try to asking him if they return my money he answer me YELLING at me again "check your CREDIT CARD have a good day sir". I placed an order a month ago. The email said it would ship in 2-3 days and would be received in up to 14 days. It has now been 3 weeks. I called to check and the guy starts yelling, yes literally yelling, that all the kickstands have been shipped out and he sent an email. He never asked my order number, email or any other way to identify my order A few days goes by and I call again today. Says the same thing and when I tell him I never got an email and the link shows no shipping he begins to say yes I did get an email. He's incredibly rude and I should have read the reviews before placing an order

Ordered overpriced set of mirrors for our scooter. Took almost a month to come from order date. One mirror did not fit properly and would not screw in. Contacted the company 2x and no one has ever contacted us back. I want to return the defective order and get a refund - but they just ignore me us. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I understand that you are a small shop, but you need to be a bit better with customer service if you are going to do online sales. I gave the company's requested 10 business days to ship the product and never received any notification. I attempted to call, and received a text back saying he couldn't talk. Asked about my order and never got a response. Texted about 3-4 days later for an update and he asked what the items were again; then no response. I finally got him on the phone the next day and he said that he no longer has that item in stock. Major waste of time.

I was searching for performance parts for my 2005 yamaha Zuma 2stroke 50cc, ran across his website. It looked pretty legitimate to me. Ordered online the Dellorto 21mm kit. Which in the pix an on the description in the advertisement on his website said it came with a stage6 manifold an reed kit, manual choke cable, throttle cable, air filter an assorted jets. He gave me jets matched up to my stage6 race bore an yasuni C16 set up an gave me tuning tips on what weights to run via email. The box arrived nearly a month later with the zuma throttle cable missing an choke cable missing with a stock minarelli

However, his customer service is a complete joke. It's more of him trying to ignore everyone that he can, or if he has to speak with someone because they call him 5x in a row, he starts off the call by yelling at the customer.
Like dude, if you're overwhelmed and stressed by your workload, perhaps you shouldn't allow automatic orders on your site. The best option might be to have a contact form and you only respond to the customers that you can actually fill the orders of.

Ditto what Chris G. said. Same exact experience. As with you, he copped an attitude and sent some nasty texts. Took me MONTHS to get my money back. Had to file a dispute with my CC company. When I told him that is what I intended to do, he got very nasty and said that charge backs cost him money........so what. It wouldn't have cost him anything if he had been legit in the first place. Got the same story about back order and how it had to come from china~ and the container might be sitting on a dock somewhere, he had no control, blah blah blah. This guy should be in jail

Michael us by far the most knowledgeable when it comes to scooter, he spend countless hours researching what i needed, answering my queastions, and explaing what does what. He got my 2000 yamaha zuma to take of faster than most honda civics you see on the roads and to speeds over 65mph. All i gave him was a budget and a model. Not once did he try to sell me somthing not needed. Only after i insisted i was willing to pay for the best he showed me more exspensive products. Communication was beyond 5 stars. If he doesnt answer your call since he works in the back send him an email. He as even emailed

Absolutely deplorable!!! Placed order last year for specific NCY variator for my Vino 125, so placed a few other things on order for my bike ( Dr. Pully sliders & clutch torque spring) . Well this is when everything got really bad! Got the order with no packing list , the NCY variator was dropped from my shipment only to have other items that did not even fit my Vino 125. Plus the torque spring appeared used and came in a already cut open Malossi box, which I know there products come with a cool sticker but sticker was missing 😟 So after contacting Scootertronics the guy seemed anxious and unwilling

Buyer Beware of this crook and his so called scooter company. Ordered parts online from his website and even paid for express shipping, waited months for them and never came. Called multiple times and left messages that were never returned. Finally got this guy Mike (Owner) on the phone and tells me one of the parts that I ordered was on backorder and wouldn't say how long it would take to arrive from Germany. Instead of sending me the other parts or even notifying me that one of them was backordered, I then had to follow up to find out info on my order. He then has the nerve to get an attitude

Don’t buy a thing from this place! I ordered a part. They lost the order. 2 weeks later I called to follow up- they find the order. OK, mistakes happen. I ordered a specific part for a specific scooter- original factory part only please. They assure it will be. Then I get in the mail a generic part from a source I already use for generic parts and a bill for more than twice what the part would have cost me from that provider. They advertise/sell part A then send part B. Bait and switch? You decide.
