Pacific Copy & Print is a full service duplication facility, specializing in digital printing, finishing, fulfillment and distribution. We can assist in any and all aspects of the printing process, from design to delivery and everything in between. In 1991, Pacific Copy & Print started out in a 2,000 square foot office suite with the two owners running all aspects of the business.

I needed to print color card stock programs for my father's funeral quickly. Pacific Copy & Print was able to turn over my request within 48 hours, with no rush fee! It was the most reasonably priced option within the Sacramento are that I found, and the prints were professional and beautifully done. Special thank you to Carrie for helping us out!

I am a small business owner who has used Pacific Copy services for 18+ years. They print and ship all of the training materials used for the classes I teach. Their prices beat everyone and they do a wonderful job. I moved from Sacramento to the Phoenix area a few years ago and still use Pacific Copy. Their service as well as prices are wonderful. I plan to use their service as long as I am in business.

Pacific Copy & Print is amazing! I work for a mortgage company just down the street and we turn to them for all of our printing needs. Carrie is always such a big help, even when we throw something last minute her way! Our loan officers have open houses come up last minute so we need flyers printed in a pinch. The service is always fast and the quality is always top notch. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My company has used Pacific Copy & Print for a few years. I took over this year for the admin who usually does the ordering.
I had a very "rush" order that I'm not sure I made very clear that it was a "rush." This morning, I needed the order and called Carrie at the front desk. I was feeling rushed and frustrated. I managed to even snap at Carrie when I heard one of her responses incorrectly (and for that I hugely apologize). She maintained her composure and remained very courteous and friendly. We fixed what we needed to and believe it or not, they actually had it

Wow! After calling, what seems like, all the printers in Sacramento looking for help on a special project and curtly being told either "no" or being given an outrageous quote I called these guys this morning. It was SO NICE to speak to someone who was extremely kind, helpful and actually acted like they would appreciate my business! For my special project they weren't the right fit but they searched around and called me back hours later with the contact information of someone who could actually do my project! It is hard to find good businesses with excellent customer service these

I've used this shop for a few jobs now, and they're great. Here's the text of email I sent to my coworker who brought them to my attention "Hey - Pacific Copy continues to be a fantastic find. Last Friday, they helped me out of a jam when I forgot to get a print job done. The quality and price value are only outdone by the customer service. Thanks for the heads-up on these guys." I don't do yelp reviews, generally, but I really wanted to let people know about this place. Their prices are reasonable, too.
