8.7 acre multi-level, urban infill retail center including a FEMA-funded, city-owned and developer-operated shared use parking structure. DRC was responsible for project onsite and offsite civil engineering and also prepared preliminary drawings for the parking structure. This 105 acre development included 2 hotels, 4 office buildings and over 85 acres of retail buildings on a former Superfund site.

590,000 SF industrial warehouse on a 29 acre site formerly part of the National Orange Show. DRC provided entitlement approvals and final construction drawings that included re-routing an 88-inch Army Corps/San Bernardino County Flood Control District Facility constructed in the 1950's. DRC provided all civil related service including preliminary engineering, construction documents, mapping and stormwater treatment design.

DRC provided services for plot plan approval and final construction drawings for surface grading improvements and utility services from adjoining roadways. DRC was responsible for all sitework engineering including complicated retaining wall design and stormwater treatment/storage systems.

DRC provided entitlement approvals and final construction drawings incorporating underground stormwater retention systems, sand filters and bio-filters for water quality and subdrain systems for under the pool deck.High profile two-hotel site (Staybridge and Holiday Inn) developed to coincide with the opening of Disney's California Adventure theme park.
