Phoenix Rising Dance Studios is a dance education center that strives to change the world by taking action within the local community and abroad and by dancing into our limitless potential. Phoenix Rising Dance Studios strives to build confidence and character through an authentic dance education, and develop the spark of creativity so that it ignites the flame of artistry in every one of our dancers.
Phoenix Rising Dance Company was founded in 2014 by Justin and Will Sears-Watson as the Indiana Contemporary Dance Company. After a year of performing around the city, mainly at community events and charity galas, they opened Phoenix Rising Dance Studios and changed the name of the dance company to reflect its new home.

At Phoenix Rising Dance Studios, we offer a variety of fun and exciting dance programs for children and adults to enjoy. Using the spark of creativity, we ignite the flame of artistry in every one of our students through our programs, giving children the opportunity to strengthen their confidence in themselves and their belief that anything is possible for them.
The Phoenix Rising recreational dance program is fun and engaging and is valued for its social, educational and health benefits. Recreational dance classes are an affordable and simple way for you and your children to explore dance and its benefits with low commitment. Dancers engaged in our recreational dance program take anywhere from 45 minutes to less than 4 hours of dance a week.

I drive every Monday 35 minutes for my daughter to attend class with Mr. Justin. I would drive five times that long. Mr. Justin doesn't only teach my four year old dance, he builds her self confidence, demands respect for others, and guides her through difficult emotions. I admire him and adore his program. I know my child will be a better dancer for being a part of Phoenix Rising.. More importantly, she will be a better person.

A wonderful studio and a great place for instilling the love of dance. My girls walk out of class everyday with a huge smile and saying how fast time flew by. The joy and positivity they experience while learning dance skills as well as self-confidence and self-love is amazing. There are lots of classes available in different dance styles and the most caring instructors/owners. I highly recommend this dance studio.

I am so happy that my friend recommended Phoenix Rising Dance Studio! The staff is so personable, warm and welcoming! The other dance moms made me feel very welcomed and my daughter had a great first session. She can't wait for her next session! She really enjoyed Mr. Jordyn's Hip-Hop class! Overall, I'm excited for us to have joined the Phoenix Rising Dance Studio! I highly recommended this studio!

My daughter is growing up in this studio and just loves each class. Will and Justin do an amazing job of placing and promoting the dancer according to their level. My daughter is developing and encouraged to dance at excellence ,while still having so much fun! I enjoy the family atmosphere that’s promoted and refer all family and friends to this studio!
