Services
Many times we see customers who have been told by their dealership or quick lube chain that their car will fall apart if a certain premium service is not performed. Sometimes that's true, but more often than not, those folks are fishing for a quick up-sell. Our salesmen do not work on commission, and we will never perform any work or sell any part that isn't necessary to the safety or performance of your vehicle.

Extraordinary customer service! A coworker recommended Bass Tire to me as a result of their excellence and integrity to their customers when I shared that I had an issue with my brakes. In addition, Bass advised me of a reliable tow truck company to transport my car (after my first tow truck drove away), and also promptly checked my car in. They kept in touch with me during the entire process. Phillip and Jeremy were wonderful to work with. I am exceedingly pleased!

Steve, Aaron and all the guys at Bass Tire are the best. While waiting for them to repair our car tire I observed the service counter guys smoothly manning the phones, answering questions and following up with customers. The shop guys are friendly and take care of business! We are so happy to call Bass Tire our car care family.

Bass Tire has been my "go to" for automotive for over 20 years. Not a single time have they let me down. Everything they have ever done for me has been thorough and priced more than competitively. It's hard to find such a company and owner and employees and especially these days.
I would give them five stars every time I am there but I believe we are only allowed to once. This is one of the very best run companies in middle Tennessee. Highly recommended. My whole family brings our cars to Bass Tire for brake replacements, tire rotations, battery changes, etc... I had a flat one time and they fixed it for free because we're regular customers. Honest assessments, fair prices, and quick turnarounds. I have gone to Bass Tires since I bought My Suburu....I had a warrenty issue...Mr Bass called the tire people and straightened out the warrenty...NO Cost.... Today a Ran over a Bolt...Took it to Bass Tire Company...not only did they patch my tire...They did an all around check on my tires to make sure I had NO other issues...Once again...NO Charge...I buy My Tires Here and will til I'm no longer here. Bass Tire has saved me over $1,000 in six months' time.
On two separate occasions, I have taken my cars to dealerships (two different dealerships) for simple maintenance, and I leave with a handful of paperwork telling me what all is "wrong" with my car. I then took the paperwork to Bass Tire, and I asked them to verify if the car actually needs the repairs. The repairs the dealerships suggested were skeptical, even for someone that doesn't know much about mechanics.
Here is a list of all the items the dealerships (Jaguar of Nashville and Newton Nissan of Gallatin) told me

Brought a vehicle in to get the front brakes repaired. Thought the cost was a little high, but is what it is. Brought it back to get the rear ones done a few months later and was quoted nearly $500 to replace brakes, rotors, etc. but it was Saturday and they close at noon so we'd have to come back. Took it to another repair shop who said that none of that actually needed to be replaced, just needed to be cleaned and adjusted - less than $100. Will not ever bring another vehicle here again.

I'm shocked to see so many 5-star reviews. I have not had a good experience with this place. I talk to the owner about the issues that I had with the service and he talked over me, wouldn't allow me to finish my sentences but he did offer to fix the problem if it went bad past the warranty. When I express concern about a job done, I do it in a professional manner so to talk over me is very offensive. I had it checked out by another mechanic who is trustworthy and the work that Bass Tire claimed to do was not done properly. I wouldn't trust them to take it back even though it was

I've been with Bass Tire for a couple of years now. I have a fairly old car (1992) and it's difficult to find a group of people willing to take the extra time to work on it and not fuss about it. Bass has always been more than willing to take a look at anything I need, quickly and efficiently. I've gone in for basic work, tire rotations/installation, etc.
The customer service is outstanding. Today, as I was waiting (20 minutes tops) for a tire rotation, a little old lady walked in and asked the man behind the counter (who I later discovered was the owner) if he could put some antifreeze

This place is the best. I called this afternoon when a number of warning lights appeared on my dashboard. They welcomed me in and explained what they were going to do to find the problem. They found it, fixed it and also performed some routine maintenance. My son has been going here for years and I will definitely be back!

I was driving across country and hit a pothole - the tire had bubbled by the time I awoke the next morning in Nashville. I found Bass Tires on Yelp and boy was I impressed. My car was in and out within an hour (during which time the place was PACKED!) They very surprisingly had the exact tire in stock-not really a standard tire either! Their service combined with an extremely kind, conversational, and helpful staff (including Steve Bass himself!) made it one of the best experiences for new tires and/or tire repair service I've ever had.

Had a great experience here this morning. All of the staff I interacted with were very kind, and it took no more than a half hour to get my tire patched - free of charge! Will definitely be returning here for car/tire needs.
The only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating is the limited weekend hours. I tried to go for the first time on a Saturday, but they're only open from 7:30-noon so it was already packed by the time I arrived. Glad I finally made it in on a week day but it is difficult to do with a full time Mon-Fri work schedule.

There is a reason why this company has an almost perfect 5 star rating. As soon as I walked in to the store, I am greeted by the owner, Steve, who is very polite. His vibe makes you feel that he is very accommodating to begin with.
I requested a quote to do a timing belt and water pump change but with my own OEM parts. He mentioned that most places would not even consider doing the work because of the liability if the parts failed. Nonetheless, he was willing to have the work performed under the condition that I signed a waiver. I ended up doing the work myself so it was all good.
