We called on a Sunday morning in need of a full replacement of a 40 gal. gas tank. Phil asked a few standard questions about access and gave me an all-in price range without any runaround or upsale. He had a tech in the area who would be able to come over after an install in the area. Sure enough David showed up, took a look at the access and the old water heater, explained everything to me and gave me exact price upfront. He finished the install on the time he said and gave me a small tutorial on the tank itself and some red flags to look out for. Bottom line, fantastic, prompt, prepared, professional

I had to have my water heater replaced. I was told that a technician would be out between 12:00 - 3:00 p.m. on the same day. I then got a call within the hour saying the technician David R. Pullen will be there in an hour which made it a little before 12:00.
David was very professional, prompt, clean and did a great job in a timely manner. I really appreciate David taking the time to explain to me how everything works on my new water heater. My water heater had sprung a small leak, which normally would not be a huge issue, but the drain pan ALSO had a leak. This meant that water was slowly dripping onto the floor, which IS a huge issue. Ok, first things first: turn off the gas, close the cold water valve, drain the tank, clean the floor.
But wait, there's more!
Turns out the valve is in a poor state, so as I am trying to drain the water heater, it's still slowly trying to refill the tank.
So, around 3 to 4 PM I think it was, I put that on hold and called around a few places to see who could come out THAT day, and Water Heaters Only

We are very happy with the job our tech, Max D, did in replacing our worn out water heater. It was a challenging project because of the location of the unit, but he got it done. Also, he discovered that our previous earthquake strapping was pretty much useless, so he made sure the new water heater was properly secured. We would definitely recommend Max D and Water Heaters Only.

Our 16 year old water heater died and started leaking - called Water Heaters Only and though wasn’t able to get next-day, scheduled for the day after. Toa (the technician) arrived on time and was amazingly professional and friendly. Removed the old heater and fittings and installed a new water heater and setup. The new installation was professionally done and very clean/neat, a big upgrade and update from the previous setup. Installation was also smooth and quick and I highly recommend WHO - will personally recommend to neighbors and family in the area. Old heater and old fittings were hauled

The scheduled appointment window was from 1-4pm. Quite a spread, but not unusual. On the day of, Mike called me and notified me he could come early. He was in my garage within 20 minutes and continued to updated me via call and text. Communication was frequent and he was able to explain everything very clearly. Best part is the fix was very fast! 2 hours and he was done. Replaced water heater and also went fixed existing piping and leaks on the incoming water line. Job was clean, professional, and fast!

Our water heater was on its way out, we decided it was time for a new one after fixing it time and again. Called water heaters only, they were able to come out the next morning and install it quickly and went over all the new updates on the heater and emergency shut off info. Tony was very professional and fair in his pricing, and a very nice guy. Would definitely recommend using them!

Daniel V. Was my service technician he did an amazing job. I know nothing about water heaters and Daniel V. was able to explain to me in detail how everything works. Called Water heaters only in an emergency situation, needed a water heater replacement same day, the lady on the phone was super helpful, the technician Mikel came out same day to do a replacement . Mikel was very punctual, most of all very skilled, he did an amazing job, added a new expansion tank, cut out the old pipes and re-plumbed with new pipes, flushed the lines, went above and beyond to spot hazards from previous installation, fixed it and gave it a cleaner look. Thanks you guys saved the day!
