We offer a wide range of Phalaenopsis orchids for wholesale in many colors and sizes. 70% of our inventory is made up of white orchids. Growing these has always been, and still is, our specialty. We offer small and large whites. We grow double and single stemmed varieties and all include many buds on each stem.
Phalaenopsis are warm growing orchids. They tend to grow during "tropical periods" June, July & August in the Northeast. However, to achieve long lasting flowers "room temperature conditions" are best. The minimum temperature at night is 60 °F, while the average daytime temperature should be around 70 °F for long lasting flowers.
Ferns do NOT tolerate standing water but must be kept moist by watering fully from the top and then letting the pot almost dry out. Remember to be more careful not to over-water in colder temperatures. A light peat moss mix. Must drain well yet still provide good water holding capabilities. Avoid vermiculite and/or sand, which tend to plug the air spaces needed for healthy root growth.
