Marion Gardens, Organic Herbs is a USDA-certified organic wholesale grower based in East Marion, Long Island New York. We started our business in 1987, and in 2007 received our certification. We supply garden centers with over 300 varieties of certified organic herb and vegetable plants. Mega farms have expanded into organic growing projects, and this has clouded the purity of what can be called "organic."
So now more than ever, consumers have a keen desire to know the source of their "organic" produce. Families want to know what they eat and how it is grown. We found that the best way to assure them is to "grow your own organic plants." To distinguish ourselves as genuine growers of organic food, we have become a member of the "The Real Organic Project."
