Prior to Rainmaker, Joe was the Executive Vice President for the Civilian Division for DMI (Digital Management, Inc), where he led the growth, solutions and service delivery organization supporting DMI's Federal Civilian client base. With a focus on providing leading-edge technology services and solutions to customers across the Federal Civilian Landscape, the Civilian organisation representing over 600 professionals and $100M annual revenue.
