After contacting several pump companies and getting a runaround about an estimate for a filter I contacted Dale Nix. No nonsense straight to the point told me everything I needed to know. He showed up to my house and removed my old water softener, installed a new gauge and filter. Him and his son are great people to deal with. Thanks again guys.👍

I had a terrible rotten egg smell w/ my water. I called him and he came to the house the next day and told me the problem. He installed a whole house filter. The smell was gone within two days, just like he said it would be. Dale and his son Allen was very polite and honest. I would recommend his service to everyone. You will never meet a better person. Thanks Dale and Allen great service.

He was super helpful and honest. You could tell its not just about taking your money. He was extremely polite too unlike a few other companies i called were very rude, he is very knowledgable. If we ever have problems with our pump again we will DEF me calling him!!!

My only regret was that I didn't call Dale Nix sooner. I chose Dale as he was close and had good reviews. I noticed that my water pump was running even thought I had no open faucets on. I was thinking the worst. A broken water pipe? I called Dale on Friday and he came that day. I told him the problem and he assured me that it was the pump and was not broken pipes. He pulled the pump and showed me the hole on the bottom of the pump . Now I have fresh water and greater pressure in my sinks and showers. As I told him, I am one happy camper. This man has many years of experience and I would recommend

Dale Nix is the absolute professional. He came when promised, diagnosed the problem, and was honest and true a gentleman. I had no water, he replaced the well pump within a few hours, and everything is great. highly recommend.

I called Mr. Nix because I came home to no water! The well wasn’t working! I called because he had great great reviews and boy did he live up to a 5 star rating!! He was so nice and gracious BUt was so booked up that he couldn’t help us until the next day. But then he called back and said he felt bad and helped us in a BIG WAY that saved us TONS of money!!! Thank you so much! I highly recommend Mr. Nix!!

Dale is the guy to call. Honest is the day is long. Be honest, you're worried someone will sell you something you don't need. Not this guy! He'll go out of his way to make sure you only get what you need. Call Dale, you'll be glad you did.

Dale Nix is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived on time. He diagnosed and repaired our water pump problems. Dale has pricing that is reasonable and competitive. If we ever have water pump problems, Dale Nix will be the only one we will call.
