Just had one of your drivers try to park in front of my house. And I told her that she wasn't going to fit and she would be blocking my drive way. Then she tells me there's nowhere else to park when the hotel has space for trucks. She starts to yell at me demanding me to move my car. I start to walk inside so she starts yelling and cussing at me. If that's how you allow your drivers to act that's really shameful. I would never order anything from this place because of her actions. It's very unprofessional for your company to be okay what this. At the end of it she when 30ft to block two other houses

I haul their products to various customers along the northwest United States. They DO NOT cut the lumber. They are not a lumber mill per say. They are a specialty wood products manufacturer. Tung and groove board, molding etc.
The shippers here are good people to work with. Loading trucks with all kinds of various sized and types of products. It's not easy to figure out how to load most of these loads. It's like playing Tetris. Even more difficult when loading a trailer with a load that has 15 stops. With this being said, these guys do an amazing job. I wouldn't know what to do.

Been hauling their stuff frequently for quite awhile now, as one reviewer already mentioned, they have pretty complicated loads that take quite a bit of skill/time to load properly. Typical load usually equating to, multi stop, in the right sequence, in a safe weight distributed manner. Have worked with all thier main forklift loaders Blake Kevin and Tony to name few that all do a great job on getting things done properly. Also the new gal Ashley that works at the front desk does a good job organizing and keeping things moving along..not to mention all the other great folks who work behind the

Ordered some lumber through a retailer. Was supposed to be select tight knot, kiln dried western red cedar. It showed up soaking wet, so the retailer ordered another batch. We stuck the first load in our kiln, figuring we could use it on another project once dry. They did offer to take the first load back, but I already had time invested in transporting to my location. The next load showed up slightly drier than the first. We stuck it in the kiln as well. Once dry, and upon sorting through it, we found the grade all over the place, including some boards with rotten knots falling out. I will never

Beware of the way this company decides to deliver - or not.
Google Maps misrepresented our location. We have a large shop ON MAIN street. A search using our company name on Google Maps showed a residential area, with a house as the search picture. Disdero decided that Google Maps was correct, not the address we gave them.
When it wasn't delivered when promised, we checked on it and were told the driver decided not to deliver because of Google Maps.
WHAT ABOUT READING THE ADDRESS ON THE ORDER AND MATCHING IT UP WITH THE ACTUAL PROPERTY ADDRESS??? This is 20487 North Main.

I deliver for disdero ...Zach the the dispatcher is a really awesome guy as is everyone else that work's there... I've worked with Zach for along time.. He has always been on top of getting the deliveries pick up or dropped off in a timely manner.... Really enjoy working with him and hope to do so for along time to come... Thank u..

What a great product for quality and spred on commercial buildings. This allows the roof to go on quicker and even gives you some of the aspects of building fortification. Combining the deck with the ceiling is not new. Tectum has been doing it for decades. I'm really impressed and for someone who has been in the building industry for all of his life, excluding early childhood, that is a big statement.
