This company rebuilds mattresses non-uniformly. Bought 2 mattresses less than a year ago. One developed a serious dent in the middle. After much haggling with the store who sold it and this company, who rebuilt it (UltraPedic 5 year warranty), it was replaced but with a lighter weight UltraPedic. The mattress literally slides off the foundation! MBC customer service told me that they do not sell to the public and to "take it up with the store" because their MATTRESSES ARE ALL REBUILT DIFFERENTLY. How/why is that?!

This is a GREAT place to buy a great mattress and box springs. The prices are really wonderful (about 1/6 or less of the cost in a store), because the mattresses are rebuilt -- but don't let that scare you. (The process of recycling mattresses is an art; read the article in the North County Times about how the Pala Indian Casino recycles its mattresses, and you'll read about how MBC Mattress does it).
