Quite a responsibility, if you ask me. This is one of my loves, along with my wife, kids, baking bread, raising chili peppers and so on. Wedding Photography has offered me an opportunity to incorporate my passion for "painting with light" while blending in as part of your wedding day capturing the little candid moments as well as the major events.
I pursued my passion for film photography at The Ohio University, graduating with a Bachelors in Digital Media and a second in Film Photography Studies. I am always excited to chronicle the happiest day of your life as your wedding photographer. I strive to find those details, those moments that set your wedding apart from any wedding I've photographed in the past.

AMAZING! Daniel was my sisters photographer for her wedding in November. The whole team that was there were extremely professional and fun! We were freezing outside during photos, but having a great time, and the photos turned out SO GOOD! Have to shout out to Kristin, her tacklebox had everything from band aids, to tape, and I believe we cleaned her out of the mini liquor bottles! She made the day go so smoothly! If I could go back to my wedding I would choose them as my photographer 100%. Thank you so much

We hit the jackpot finding Don from Images by Daniel Michael for our wedding photography. After talking to Daniel on our initial phone call, he led us to Don, and we could not be more grateful for that recommendation. Don’s photos speak for themselves, and he is a true master at his craft. I was absolutely blown away by all the images! Don’s passion for his work allows him to look through his lens each time with a fresh set of eyes and despite having done this for years you never feel that he is “going through the motions,” which I think can be easy to do for someone with his level of experience

Images by Daniel Michael were awesome! My initial interaction was with Daniel over the phone, and he spoke with me for a long time, giving lots of information about the company's experience and services and answering all my questions. Our photographer was Johnny. He did our engagement and wedding photos and was just spectacular to work with from start to finish. He was friendly, helpful, and communicative and very knowledgeable about the whole process. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Me and my now husband booked Daniel Michael Photography partly because we saw that they had an award winning picture in 2019 from our actual venue and we liked how they went about editing their pictures. For our engagement shoot we got to meet Allyson. She is such a sweetheart and was very easy to work with. On the day of the wedding (September 18th), her and her team were absolutely amazing!! They were so much fun and Melissa (photographers' assistant) had such a great attention for detail to make sure everything looked great, while Allyson and Meggie got the best shots! We had Don as our wedding photographer and honestly could not have made a better decision. He helped run the pre ceremony part of our day and his team was fantastic. I was so happy to have a bridal assistant. Our engagement photos were amazing and I’m sure our wedding photos will be nothing short of phenomenal. I can’t wait to see them and would advise absolutely anyone to book with Don!!

Where do I even begin with how amazing it was to work with these folks? Our initial meeting with Daniel absolutely put my mind at ease about the entire engagement photo and wedding photo process. He let us know how they liked to do things and was straight forward with asking us to just tell them if we were having problems with anything. If they don't know they can't fix it! We chose Lauren as our photographer. She is so easy going and fun to be around that I immediately felt comfortable with her. It was really nice to be able to get to know her and how she works during our engagement pictures.

If you are looking to have amazing photos from your wedding day there’s no doubt you should pick Images by Daniel Michael. We had the honor of having Johnny take our engagement and wedding photos and he didn’t disappoint. He was helped by Jenna, Allison (bridal assistant) and I believe Amber capture all the moments happening while Johnny was taking pictures. We have to give a shout out to Allison for being there to sow a button back onto the grooms jacket right before the ceremony was going to start. Daniel Michael and his team are beyond amazing!!!! There isn't a photographer out there that can touch the service he provides. Him and his team think of everything that a bride might need that nobody else thinks about. This man CLIMBED down onto a rock cliff (1ft from a pond) to take pictures of us, THAT'S DEDICATION!!!! Him and his team did absolutely awesome with everything, from getting every picture known to man, to his team helping carry my train, shoes, ect.

AMAZING! From our initial meeting with Daniel, to our engagement session and wedding day with Don and team the entire experience was amazing. The entire staff cares so much about making your experience perfect and will do whatever they can to make your day stress free! Don is so talented and did such a fantastic job. We knew we found the right photographer when he laid in the snow and barked at our dog during our engagement session to get her attention. I really do not have the words to express jut how stress-free and great the entire experience was.
