UPDATE: Did a refinance with Scott and Allison on my condo I purchased with them a few years back. He reached out on his own letting me know I could refinance for a lower rate. I was very busy with work during this time and was not the best about getting things back to him in a timely manner, but was always super patient and helpful. Highly recommend. Many relatives in our family have used them as well.

Scott and Allison are great to work with! This is the 3rd time I have used them. Twice for refi's and once for a new home loan. In todays crazy market time is of the essence and you have to be able to close quickly. In my case I waived the finance contingency (unnerving). I got a quick pre-qualification, and loan approval within a week, and we closed on the home in less than 4 weeks and that included a holiday. It's great to have someone working for you that knows what it takes to get it done quickly and efficiently. No last minute surprises or requirements. Allison gives great guidance and advice

If only I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would. I went through the worst possible sale of a property ever. The truly remarkable thing about the level of service they gave me was that I wasn't even their client. They were representing the buyer and I was the seller. Amazing to see that kind of service for a person who wasn't even their client. The only thing that saved the deal from going sour was Eagle Lending. Allison and Scott were just fantastic. They clearly went above and beyond for me on this one when they had to deal with other incompetent parties involved. There
