I had been wanting to change homeowners for a while but was always so busy. I went online and signed up to have several companies contact me. David immediately contacted me. He asked for a few documents that he needed in order to submit a valid quote. I did not get a chance that day to send but did send the following day and within 30 minutes, I had a quote.
I stopped responding to the other companies that contacted me because David's quote showed better coverage and a better price. The only thing I am not happy about is how expensive homeowners insurance has gotten in Miami, in the last few years

Needed insurance coverage on an investment property (condo). Called a few agencies and brokers and most seemed like they were not interested, new to the industry or just incompetent. A friend referred me to FIB Insurance and I was I connected to a gentleman called David. Within 30 minutes I received several competitive quotes, a clear explanation of policy coverages and walked out with a great policy.
Even called back after hours with a few questions and he returned my call within the hour. If anyone is looking for a condo or homeowners policy try David at FIB.
