It one word: excellent! I realized my water heater had died less than two days before the start of a long holiday weekend. Mike diagnosed the problem over the phone, had me text a photo of its sticker info to make sure he could get the correct part, and arrived less than 24 hrs later to quickly fix it.
I thought I was up on long-term home maintenance "rituals" but had not been vacuuming the vents, which was part of why it died. I did know that i should have been flushing it yearly, which I had not, and he advised me at this late point not to start, as it could lead to more problems

Mike did a remarkable job repairing my leak under the kitchen sink. He came out the same day I called him, and even called to see if he could come early. He was honest and explained everything he was doing, as he was doing it. I appreciated his honesty explaining all of the possibilities before coming out. You could tell that Mike took a lot of pride in his work, and that meant a lot. I would recommend Dejusto Plumbing to anyone and everyone.

Mike came out to look at my newly installed Rinnai water heater and he was very professional and basically gave me a recommendation because of some additional challenges with radiant heating into my home. Called Mike the owner at 8am this morning about our clogged kitchen sink. He was here quickly just one hour later after completing another job. He is nothing but professional, accommodating and very skilled. He was very neat and clean while in my house. As he was working he was forthcoming on what he was doing and why. He also gladly helped with a couple of other small issues he discovered while clearing out the line. His pricing is reasonable and his plumbing advice only adds to his value. Highly recommend. Mike took on the plumbing in my manufactured home; the type of shower valves mine have are not easy to work with. My water is now nice and hot! Very pleased with his prompt, thorough and friendly service. He explained how things work, so I can adjust on my own in future. He is very local to Rincon Valley, which I appreciate. Glad I found a good plumber!

Mike came and fixed our toilet flushing problem in no time. He also did a bunch of extra stuff to make sure both house toilets were functioning. My kitchen sink backed up in the middle of a huge cooking day and I was panicked, I had to cook food for a friends wedding and had no use of my kitchen the day before the wedding...I called around and mike was the first person to call me back, he was able to make it over ASAP and get me back to work in under an hour. He was friendly, informative and fairly priced. Will be using him in the future for all plumbing needs! Can't recommend him more highly.

Mike is a great guy. I talked to him multiple times today to schedule something and then had to cancel on him. He was very patient and understanding. He gave me his professional opinion on what I was facing and was really honest with me which I really appreciated. He is VERY professional and I intend on using his services in the future. Also, he is the owner and does all of the work himself. Give Mike a call (by far the most honest sounding Plumber I talked to after calling at least 8-10 Plumbers)

I usually don't write a lot of reviews but I just received such remarkable service from Dejusto Plumbing yesterday I felt compelled to say I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. Dejusto wasn't my first call for help, Mike was the only one that could make it next day. A leak in the laundry room and another somewhere either from the dishwasher or under the house was the issue. In the process he went under the house (a place I would never go) he checked for the leak and he checked and tested the sump pump while he was "down under" with winter coming he thought best to give it a test to

The first plumber in Santa Rosa to leave us completely satisfied. We contracted with Mike to replace two of our toilets. He went the extra mile by assisting us in repatching the wall behind one toilet (he had to move the supply valve), and he gave us time to repaint before he put in the new toilet. Mike pays attention to details every step of the way. Mike is cheerful and friendly to deal with. He always kept us updated on his progress.

Mike is honest, very responsive (by both phone and email), knowledgeable and professional in his work. We needed some work done on our older home and I reached out to Mike for a quote. In addition to spending 10+ minutes on the initial call to understand our situation, he offered to come by early the following morning (we called during the evening and our job was not an emergency). All told, he was able to address our problem much quicker than I had anticipated, and explained all of the work he needed to do in terms that anyone could understand.

Recently had a toilet that was plugged so I called and was able to have someone come out the same day. They were able to clear the line and now it works great.
