Villanueva & Company, P.C. was formed in 1993 by Edward A. Villanueva, a former tax partner of Ernst & Young. Ed had the vision of serving budding entrepreneurs and young businesses, which was his specialty at EY for 25 years. He brought his skill and devotion to his own firm so he could maintain a client-oriented focus, and build a staff who would follow those principles.

Id been debating writing this review for some time. Brent was my accountant for 6 years, and yesterday I got a letter from the IRS stating they would like to audit my 2017 return, making it the 5th year in a row. I understand that I am also at fault here, but this is the exact thing you pay an accountant to avoid. I first alerted him of the 2013 audit a few years ago, said he would help, but little if not nothing was done on his end. I spoke to several people at the IRS and they all said they had nothing from him dispite giving him all the necessary documentation. Even my last email, telling him
