Shout out to Erin!! Hand down!! GREETED WITH A SMILE!! The administrator of the facilities gave me the grand tour and took a personal interest in my baby elderly sister. The staff work well with one another you can see the pride in this place.. As for covid19 No worries sanitize fresh, clean,beautiful, rooms open air comfort ...... highly recommended for your loved ones.

My grandfather just recently got to Palmcrest, and is extremely happy there. He doesn’t stop thanking for making the decision of sending him there. The sparkle on his face is finally there again, and he feels a lot more content with himself. The friendliness the staff have is remarkable. This is definitely a place I recommend to anyone looking for a retirement home.

When the time comes and you want to place your loved one in a retirement home, you can become very uncertain about them, the place, people and overall facility. It’s definitely a hard decision to make. With Palmcrest, that decision becomes really easy! This place is truly heaven on earth. My aunt has been a resident for the past 2 years and we couldn't be happier. The elderly are still cherished, honored and respected. They hold fun games, and movies at the facility! They are always available for the families that have concern and answers their questions delightfully. With all the nightmare stories

The amount of care that Palmcrest gives is incredible! When I first sent off my mom to Palmcrest, I was a bit skeptical. I wasn’t sure how they would treat her. They proved me wrong, and have been amazing to her! They treat her like family, and make her feel at home. When I come in to visit, they seem really welcoming! This one time, on my way into the facility I saw my mother joking around with Morris the owner of the facility. When I asked her what she was talking about, she told me it was an inside joke and would not fill me in on it. As much as I wanted to hear more about their inside joke

My uncle has always been a reader, still reads every day. He sits at the patio when the weather is nice, and other times relaxes at the living room. The nurses help him every single day get for his bed to the patio. They are always making sure he takes his meds, which in the past, he did forget to. When I come and visit him, the staff members all know me by name, and are very friendly and welcoming. I’m so happy to know that my uncle is in good hands!

My dad has been here for 6 months, and he has adjusted so well to this new environment. I never thought he would be happy living in a facility like this, and I am so grateful to all the staff for everything they do for him. The building is clean and always smells good. Palmcrest is the finest facility of its kind and I recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, secure, and unique nursing home that truly cares about its patients and their families.

In general there seems to be a real sense of pride in this building. Like the staff and owners know that they are part of something special. Everyone is so personable, and the residents seem so happy and well taken care of. I visit my aunt here almost every second week, and I have never had a negative experience. I have gotten to know a lot of the nurses and love how they all address me by my first name every time I see them. My family is truly lucky to have found this facility

My sister and I would like to express our sincere appreciation for the kindness and services that the Palmcrest community provides for our mom. Every staff member she and we have come into contact with is professional, loving, warm, and thoughtful. We cannot say enough good things about the help we received from Morris and his staff. The guidance is so appreciated and all of their compassionate empathy and genuine thoughtfulness has made every step easier for us.

The home is always clean and orderly whenever I visit. The residents all look happy and are treated well and with dignity. The staff are all really friendly and cannot do enough to help. The activities are really suited to the residents and always seem to be fun. Everybody is so personable, so it feels like one big family. I love that Morris is so welcoming and has personal relationships with all patients and their families.

This is a fantastic facility! Just love the staff, the ambiance, the caregivers, everything! We placed my father in law there almost two months ago, and we just love the way they take excellent care of him. It's nice to see the same people. Not much turnover. One person who makes everything go smoothly is Erin the director. She is the absolute best. She is so great with the staff, residents and she makes everyone feel special. I can go to her with any type of question, and she always returns her calls, and makes herself available to assist. We look forward to the holidays, as they have so many
