We are proud to offer comprehensive dental care. We understand that most people live busy lives and cannot afford to drive to multiple locations for their dental needs. In order to better accommodate our patients and to stay on the cutting edge of specialty services, Dr. Bannon and Dr. Valenta continue pursuing education on topics ranging from implants to root canals.

This is a membership plan that offers discounted treatment, it is NOT a form of insurance. This membership plan is only valid at Preferred Dental, 5752 Palmer Park Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80915. Services performed outside the office are not covered. Membership fees must be paid in full at time of registration, and no refunds will be issued once membership has begun.

Amazing experience today, first visit and great choice. I had questions and I got answers. They even answered emails quickly and set me up just as fast. Dr. Bannon double, triple checked everything! His team is awesome and he's funny. All good things for someone who is leery of the dentist. He's super nice. Managed to get the anesthesia working without needing excessive amounts! They were so aware of my lack of pain tolerance and kept checking in, thank goodness! Thank you!

I had terrible teeth! for years I only went to the dentist when I just couldn't ignore the pain any longer. finally, I discovered preferred Dental and Doctor Bannon. my teeth were a train wreck. Doctor Bannon and all the staff,Luis,Lorena,Karina,Janet and Rachel all spent several months correcting all my dental issues. there all super caring and super friendly. They worked with my insurance and when that ran out they worked with me because they knew I was on a budget. I recommend Doctor Bannon, and excellent staff at Preferred Dental 100%!

Dr. Bannon and his staff are the best! They are always very friendly, and extremely good at their jobs.
I used to believe that going to the dentist equated to mouth pain (which I accepted as penance for not always brushing and flossing after every meal), but no more! I’ve been coming here for years, and have had the best, pain-free cleanings and dental work done here.
I would recommend their services to anyone looking for an considerate, caring, and compassionate team!

Dr. Bannon and the entire team are truly amazing! They do a great job to make sure you’re getting the care you need and are very conscience of dental costs so nothing blindsides you. The entire staff actually take the time to get to know you and it’s such a refreshing take on something like dental work. I actually go to my dentist regularly because of how great they are!

Having a dry socket recently and a Dentist who actually communicates with me and cares is super amazing and I have found a practice that actually is kind and understanding.
When I called today to let him know about my tooth that was pulled almost 2 weeks ago was still hurting and follow up this past Monday and was still in pain it was NOT… embarrassing or uncomfortable to call nor did he make me feel like I was attention seeking.
I called today 10/21 around 10 am to let him know about my situation and expected a call later today. I wasn't able to leave a message as his amazing office manager

Dr. Bannon and his staff are beyond incredible. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed while getting dental work done. I appreciate that they don’t suggest unnecessary work to be done or trying to up sell you or charge more than is needed. We will continue to drive from Denver for such a great dental practice.

I recently went to Preferred Dental to replace a crown. The whole staff was professional and truly seemed to enjoy their jobs, their patients and each other. Luis was responsible for creating and fitting my crown and he took great care in making it a perfect fit. Dr. Bannon is clearly well respected by his office. He was friendly and efficient during my appointment and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I will recommend Preferred Dental to my family and friends.

Absolutely wonderful dentist and dental practice. After many many years of neglecting my teeth, I was embarrassed and so stressed about dealing with issues that have developed. I tried Preferred Dental and hands down has changed my opinion of the dentist. Everyone from Dr. Bannon and every member of their staff is incredible, knowledgeable and friendly. They put together a manageable treatment plan broken down into appointments that worked for my budget and schedule. I would recommend anyone to Preferred Dental and am glad to be a patient. I love these people so much. First you have to deal with Karina, the receptionist and most the time I feel like she is my best friend! Love her! Then they take you to the back and I always get the beautiful Lorena and let me tell you. She is so thoughtful and smart. She plays the best music which kinda sucks when they are in your mouth cause let me… tell you I just wanna dance with them 😆 and then Dr. B, Oh man. He’s so great! He not only cares about what’s going on with my teeth but he cares about my home life too. Always asking how the kids and I are doing. This place
