I worked with Ginger Kinsey (as our buyers agent) of Remax homes in Tyler to try and purchase a home.
Ginger was not helpful from the start.
We had agreed on verbal terms and she changed the terms in the contract as she wrote the contract WITHOUT telling us she had changed them. When I confronted her, she said "the buyers didn't agree to your terms, but this is what they agreed too." She asked us to resign the contract due to the seller wanting a 7 day option period instead of 10 day. She DID NOT tell us anything else within the contract had changed whenever she asked us to resign
