I live in the Ingersol area and today I forgot my trash for the second week in a row (busy week) The man driving the trash truck noticed me running out of the house, and backed his truck all the way back down the street for me. Waste Connections services 2 of my business locations for waste removal and have been awesome to work with. Gretchen & Kelly have been my recent contacts and each time they've been able to help me resolve my questions and issues. Angela was incredibly helpful with my request to get a rolloff dumpster at our address so we could remove some unwanted debris before a large gathering we were to have that weekend. I was hoping to get it delivered before Friday and I had called Wednesday in the early afternoon. She had told me she could not guarantee that I could have it dropped off by Friday, but I asked her to please try. To my surprise, they had it waiting in the driveway when I returned home from work Thursday and I could not have been more pleased. Thank you for that amazing service!

I am writing about great customer service. I needed to contact the Waste Connection office. By accident I contacted a competitor whose name also begins with "Waste". After 20 minutes on hold, was connected to a call center in Illinois. Realized my mistake, called WASTE CONNECTIONS and was immediately connected to a real person. She was polite, friendly, and quickly answered my concerns. I'm glad I chose Waste Connections!

I live outside of Glenwood, IA and recently they discontinued their curbside recycling pickup because they were actually losing money. This was disappointing, however they're going to allow customers to come to the center and drop off their recycling. This is good problem solving in my opinion while keeping their business profitable. Well done!

Waste Connections services our business, and has provided great service to us. We have had a decrease in the amount of trash we are generating due to COVID-19, and the driver noticed this and suggested that we reduce our weekly pickups, which saves me money. I have had great interactions with the staff for the account transfer and contract signing since we took over the business earlier this year. At our previous business, we had many issues and a general lack of caring from our waste company, and the experience with Waste Connections has been far superior.
