Had my chainsaw repaired there a couple times. One of the times the guy took it out back, messed with it and fixed the problem, which didn't require any parts, came back and handed it to me, "No Charge" he said.
He easily did enough to it to warrant charging me, so i bought a pair of gloves i didn't necessarily need because i was so grateful.
I like that place.

About a year and a half ago, I called to have someone come down and pick up our brush hog to have it repaired. I kept leaving messages and after the fourth call and not being called back, my mother finally had to go up with a box of donuts just to get their attention.
I've also called and asked about parts for a Breckwell stove they supposedly carry parts for and was told they had nothing in stock. Funny, that's not what I read but needless to say, I now stay away.
