Are you feeling lucky? You pay a lower price for a reason; namely deplorable customer service. We bought black out shades from them for our NYC apartment based on a friend's recommendation. Two of the shades are fine. The third fell apart within 4 weeks; the chain snapped and the shade, itself, ripped after three times of pulling it all the way up . When we called the company, they ducked us for a week - the customer service rep was defensive the first time we spoke, asked us to send photos and then faded on us. She then was "out" the three times we tried to contact her again within 4 days, despite
