This was a job I'd been putting off a while, my old blinds had chains breaking, blinds too short and falling off the rollers and rollers getting stuck. I worked with Dave who came in September in a mask and helped me decide what to do and I ended up replacing the whole apartment! There was a bit of an issue with my building getting rid of the old blinds, I did not realize that innovation would not take them away but in the end my building did it as a favor. The installation was quick and a little rough around the edges because I didn't arranged for anyone to come and paint/sand over bits

Innovation Shades were highly professional and very efficient to work with. Tomer was absolutely brilliant at keeping everything on track, checking in, and always giving updates when necessary. I definitely felt as though i was in great hands! Not only that, but the shades were installed so quickly and look amazing! Beware, What you see is not what you get!! I was sold a product that looked elegant and durable. What is hanging on my windows is cheap!! I paid more than other companies I received quotes from to get a quality product. I am shocked at all these 5 star reviews there is no way they can all be real!!
Advice, If you are going to invest in window treatments, go elsewhere. This company only cares about taking your money and delivering cheaply made products!!!

The staff at innovation shades is very attentive and has great customer service. We were shopping for motorized blinds for our patio and met with three vendors for the job. Innovation shades was able to provide the type of shades we wanted and was able to beat the other two vendors' price point. The quality that innovation shades offer is a wide selection of quality materials.

Amazing experience. Our sales rep was Michael, and he was incredibly responsive, and arranged a consultation very quickly with us, working on a limited time window. Spent lots of time answering our questions, walking us through every step of the process, and respecting our budget.

I've ordered shades for my entire apartment from this company. They are reasonably priced and the shades are contemporary looking. I love the way they can disappear almost completely when rolled up. The installers are reliable and extremely nice. I've recommended Innovation to a friend who also had his entire apartment outfitted here

We just had them design and install shades for the third time ... and I think the fact that we’ve gone back for thirds should be a clear and decisive validation of their great work. It couldn't get easier then that, called in booked my appointment a designer came out took measurements explained and consult with me in a very professionally way and help me to understand my needs as well make me choose the right window treatment for me.
2 weeks after i had my blackout roller shades installed and technician was friendly and straight to the point.

When Dave came to my apartment I immediately knew he was truly an expert! Many of the other places I went to had so-so consultants (The Shade Store, Hunter Douglas, etc) that work with subcontractors who do the installation. That's definitely not the case with Innovation Shades! they have their own expert team - from consultants to installers - and you can tell the difference right away.

I hired Innovation Shades to do my shades in my apartment after seeing their wonderful work on Yelp. They came by around 11 AM and finished in less than an hour. I got 5% grey shades in my living room and a cloud black out in my bedroom. They look fantastic! I knew they would be great when I saw that they had done great work for prestigious places such as the Landmarc Restaurant. Dave was especially helpful when he first came by to test out colors and make measurements. He knows what he's talking about so I went with his recommendations. I couldn't be happier. Overall experience was 5 star and we would highly recommend them if you are in the market for any window treatments.
They have a excellent price point plus free installation but more importantly very good customer service right from buying to install. We worked with Michael as our designer and liaison and he is awesome.

Honesty, there isn't a better customer service out there. Whether I sat on the remote control and had the shades go nuts or I just messed them up myself, they sent someone there the next day and never complained. Think about it, having to constantly go to the same apartment cause the client is too dumb to keep his shades working yet they continue to come (with a smile) and fix them.
Worth every penny.

We found this place via Yelp and all of the five-star reviews are quite accurate, as every aspect was great. The owner (Tomer) & his assistant did the measurements and they were very friendly. Recently we moved into our new home in Brooklyn and needed new window treatments for the living room and bedrooms. I looked online and found Dr. Shade and was impressed by the variety of designs and assortment of window treatments that they offered.
