A-1 Bonded Termite was excellent at every turn. The owner, Geoff, arrived exactly at the time scheduled to do our inspection. We had just a few repairs required and two workers showed up exactly as scheduled and expeditiously completed the work. The office also was so responsive, emailing required paperwork promptly at each step. Even their system of paying online was simple to use. I never review but this process was simply perfect so I had to give them credit!!

I was doing a minor renovation and discovered some termite activities. I contact several businesses on Yelp but A-1 was the first the respond. They were very accommodating in regards to scheduling the free inspection and came out the same day. The work was done promptly a few days later by one of their technicians, Frank.
Frank completed the work quickly and professionally. He also left the place very tidy. He was friendly, informative and respected requirements for mask and social distancing. Thank you, Frank.

I called this morning to schedule an inspection and they had an opening at 2pm. They called to see if Geoff could come earlier at 12:30pm and he came right on the dot. Geoff was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Turns out we had flying ants not termites.

We have been having problems with bug bites and ants showing up in the kitchen. A-1 came to the rescue and provided excellent service! The response time for the tech to come over to do an inspection was perfect. He was so honest and helpful that I immediately canceled the other two companies I was considering since I was so impressed. It turned out to be the right call.

They took really good care to explain all I needed to know prior to vacating my home for the termite treatment I scheduled in early September. I was very satisfied with the service received. Everything ran smoothly. I had four or five different companies come out and A-1 was most thorough in the estimate phase of this project.

We had termite issues at our house in Corona and had Geoff here for an inspection in April. He was professional and thorough. We had a tent and the process was seamless. After our tent we had ants and they took care of that too! Everyone from the office staff to the fumigation crew was excellent! We will recommend A-1 Bonded Termite to all our friends and family.
