Our RV sites range in size from 38' to 70' and include covered parking, concrete floor patio and a 1012 storage room with electricity all under a 40 foot carport.

What a rare and wonderful find this place is. Just a few minutes to the town of Fredericksburg. The showers are super clean and so are the laundry rooms, yes rooms! There are two washers and dryers in each… of the 3 facility rooms. They even have 2 beautiful rooms with kitchen, large eating table, couches and huge TV. The best part is that each site has a large covered area for your tow vehicle AND a storage area for you personal belongings. The storage area is nice because it rained and we were able to get our bicycles, chairs, BBQ, and tables out of the rain and it is lockable for when

We arrived at the onset of the Texas 2021 Winter Event. We stayed seven days, six without power or water. We were fine because of generators and melting snow. The Park would be eligible for FEMA Grants for loss revenue. Reached out to management about discounting our fees given we just taking up a spot. Management never responded.

I have been at Heritage Oaks since the 23rd of January. Now as we weather out the worst winter in Texas with pipes frozen, food in short supply, I just want to thank Mike and Gwinn for taking such good care of their residents!!! They make rounds multiple times a day, brought me a gallon of fresh water and make sure we are all safe and warm. They also called when phones came back up to see if we were ok. Even before the storm, a quick call to the office and Mike was out to help with any problems with coach, help with set up as needed, and get the rig in the best spot possible. I feel safe and cared

Was greeted with a friendly smile and hello. They took us to our reserved site and offered, more than once, to help us with the hook-ups. The park is very clean and quiet, lots of room, with public bath and shower close to all sites.
Would highly recommend, just the friendliness of the staff is enough to bring us back!

My husband and I stayed at the park on Valentine weekend. This was pur first visit to the oark and will definitely not be our last. As a matter of fact this will be our go to park when visiting Fredericksburg! We arrived on Friday later than anticipated and were tired from our long trip but we were greeted by several smiling faces who made us feel instantly welcome. Mike was so kind to lead us to our spot and helped us get backed in which was so helpful since it was dark and even offered to help us set up! Heritage Oaks is such an amazing RV park! It is such a great location, quiet, great views, family friendly, nice play ground, nice dog park, the buildings are very clean with showers, laundry area, large living room areas with very large tables & TVs. We love the carport and sheds at every spot, weather you stay for the weekend or a few months passing through this is the perfect place & I highly recommend it!! The staff are really hard working and very friendly.

This RV Park is minutes from downtown historic Fredericksburg Texas. However it sits in the middle of open fields, pastures, and ranches. The sunsets are spectacular. It’s a fantastic value for all the… amenities that are included. No it doesn’t have a pool but there is a beautiful breeze most of the time. Included in the cost of your site is a covered carport/patio with a 10x10 storage unit attached, a large grassy site with water and electricity, unless you are a monthly rental then you pay electricity. The WiFi around the campground is good but included in your monthly rent

We stayed at Heritage Oaks RV Park in October 2020. We pull a 44’ fifthwheel with four slides. Our parking area of site was wide enough to accommodate us but no room for error. The sites are spacious with covered parking, a nice covered cement patio and a metal storage shed. Lots of oak trees and roads wide enough to accommodate the tail swing of our rig. There were three buildings with individual shower/bathrooms for privacy. Nice common rooms. Free Spectrum cable TV with a box provided by the office. One of the best rv parks I've ever stayed in. Gwen and her husband are absolutely wonderful!!. Huge spaces, car ports, and a storage!!!! Beautiful trees to sit and read under. Lots of space for dog walking and not to mention a great little play ground and sand box for the kiddos. Loved it here hopefully I can come back and stay again.

Very nice RV Park near downtown Fredericksburg on the Pretty Side of town (north of Hwy 290). My site was level and drives were in good condition. Each site has a shade and storage structure. I really liked their two community centers. Each has a community room with large smart tv, nice leather furniture and two 8-seat dining tables plus laundry and four spacious private restrooms with showers (I think it was four). Gwinn (manager) had everything ready when I arrived. Her husband Mike provided what was in effect a concierge setup and hookup service at no charge. That was great for me because It
