The staff over the phone was very helpful and friendly, we requested and received a spot in the back of the park to minimize the road noise. You could hear it back there, but it was not loud enough to wake you up. Since it is a 55+ park, it was absolutely quiet, not a sole in site, just RVs and trailers. The spots by the creek looked nice. However, upon arrival we plugged our new 30-amp class-C RV and went to town. When we returned, we had no electricity (their breaker was bad). The inside temp was 95. I plugged into 50amp and had no issues, and we waited outside for a couple of hours for it to

Beautiful park with mature and varied trees and shrubs. Several community type homes. Sites seem larger than most. Easy access to Johnson City, Dripping Spings and Austin. So many vineyards in the area. Much closer to Fat Boy Burgers than where I live. Reason for my visit today was church service is held each Sunday at 4pm in their community hall. I was privileged to play violin, (backup and solo) in their band. Had a great time. Will be back. What a warm group.

I really enjoyed my stay at this park. I stayed for three weeks, and enjoyed the scenery, wildlife, and local services. My AT&T cell service was spectacular (50 MB/sec to my hotspot). This is the nicest park I've stayed at in my limited experience. The staff were very friendly. The cost is reasonable. They have cable service for a tiny fee. Hummingbirds and painted buntings are everywhere. Seriously, this is a wonderful place to stay.

There is many good things about this park. To start it off, the creek is beautiful. Being able to walk down close to the creek makes a very good afternoon walk. I fish very often back at my home (I live on the coast of North Carolina), so the catch-and-release pond was very enjoyable for me. I brought my dog with me, and he was very pleased by the free space of the dog area.
The cleanliness of the park is outstanding. Some other parks I’ve been to usually have disgusting lots. Reading the bad reviews, I’m pretty sure the people writing them where either kicked out, or they woke up on the wrong

It took me a few days to decide to make this review because I once built and owned an RV park. I know what a negative effect a bad review can have on a business. However, I’m having trouble getting past how we were treated. To be fair, the park is very nice. They keep it well and it has the facilities you would want for a class A motor home. My difficulty was with how we were treated. Before I say more, I need to communicate that the lady in the office was very nice. She was most definitely an employee of the park and made us feel very welcome. I’m not 100%, but I’m pretty sure it was the
