My grandmother's chair was tattered and unusable after decades that included dorm life and graduate school and then sitting for years in my mom's garage. I had it reupholstered, resprung, (the works) at Sparkle Upholstery and am thrilled with the excellent quality work. The owners were very kind, responsive, and professional. I had a broken arm on a wooden rocking chair that was over 35 years old. I was able to get in very quickly after contacting them. The work was wonderful and he even made sure that the other arm was tightened up as much as it could be considering age. I was able to pick the chair up much sooner than expected which is always an added bonus since we were moving soon after the expected date.

I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful this company is. I ruined my leather couch with wax (don't ask me how) and was thinking of reupholstering the cushions. I brought one in for discussion and that's all it took. Won and his wife sprang into action. They helped me work my way through thousands of fabrics in short order to find the perfect one. We discussed options and price and it was a done deal. I gathered all the cushions and brought them in on New Year's Eve. Won estimated delivery in 2-3 weeks, but we were braced for longer because of the holiday

I chose this place based off of previous reviews and they lived up to my expectations. Took in two back cushions from my sofa to be restuffed. The quote was reasonable, the turnaround was fast, and the customer service was extremely friendly. The cushions were returned in protective plastic which shows they really care about their work and customers.

I highly recommend the Sparkle team. I had a 12 yr old sofa/chaise that I had purchased from Design Within (not so much) Reach. It was an expensive sofa and a selling point was that I could order new covers...until they stopped selling it. I thought I would have to chuck it, but the frame and cushions were in perfect shape. I met the team at Sparkle, very knowledgeable about fabrics and durability (we have a dog) and I I now have a "new" sofa with better fabric and seams than the original. Pick up and delivery easy and very reasonable prices and delivery times. I will be back.

Simply outstanding! I had a rattan loveseat, two chairs and an ottoman that all needed new cushions. Sparkle had a huge selection of fabrics and Julie is oh so knowledgeable about what coordinates well with the rattan and will wear well. She was patient while I searched through fabric book after fabric book, and was willing to contact the supplier to get a lower price on the one I finally selected.

So I was going to by a new couch because it had gotten uncomfortable to sit in but I had decided to try and get my couch cushions new foam first and found Sparkle on Yelp. I got a very good price and they finished the job within one day. I was very happy with experience with Sparkle and highly recommend them to anybody else who needs to get their furniture repaired.

After taking my loveseat cushion to another upholstery company in Marshall, VA and waiting for four weeks for a loveseat cushion replacement, without so much as a phone call or status update, I decided to pick up my sofa cushion and take my business elsewhere. What great service! We took an old chair cushion to Sparkle after the original furniture maker said they couldn't re-do the cushion. It was about 4:40 pm. Julia at Sparkle offered to re-stuff the cushion and with same day service! She even gave us nearby shopping and coffee recommendations for the half hour it would take to complete the job. Julia phoned us at 5:15 telling us the cushion was ready. It's like having a brand new chair! Maybe better than the original! Thank you, Julia! Thank you, Sparkle!

If you have ever moved to a new state you know that you have to establish new connections to include businesses that provide the services you need. I needed three sofa cushions stuffed and Sparkle Upholstery did not let me down at all.
I called on a Thursday to arrange a 9 o'clock Friday morning drop off, Ms. Julie said she could have them ready by Saturday. Since I was going out of town I told her I'd pick them up the following week. She did not make any promises as I could see they were busy with bigger projects than mine, but she said she would see what could be done before closing

I had two nice, upholstered, living room armchairs that I wanted to recover for use in a downstairs TV room. I found Sparkle here on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I am very pleased - working with the Kim's was a great experience. They are super helpful and very knowledgeable about the fabrics they offer and how to select materials based on how the piece of furniture may be used. In my case, I needed a fabric that could withstand teenagers! They recovered the chairs and brightened up the finished wood parts, fixing some minor dings. We just picked up the 7 seat cushions that Sparkle Upholstery repaired and recovered for us. They look fabulous! These are seat cushions from a set of antique furniture that was my grandmother's, which is probably close to 100 years old. They had to be completely taken apart and redone, then recovered with some lovely fabric that Julie Kim helped me choose. Thank heaven for her patient guidance, or I'm sure I'd have chosen something far less exciting. I am thrilled with the workmanship and final result!

I came here because the reviews on Yelp and the ability to replace the foam inside the cushions of my sofa on the same day.
This place is kinda tucked away amongst a ton of other stores, warehouses, and furniture stores. The shop wasn't very large, but you can tell they take pride in their work because of all the good reviews they had posted on the walls and all the pictures of their work.
I dropped off 2 cushions at around 11:00am and they were ready at 4:30pm. The work and quality of the foam have been excellent. I've been on the new cushions for about 3 days now and I have no complaints
