I have been coming here about since the pandemic began. It's such a gem, and I've loved just about everything I have tried. The portions are great, and the staff is fantastic. I regularly bring family and friends with me, and the staff does a great job of both being covid-safe, and also being aware of any allergens or special needs. My favorites have been the bocoditos, the fajitos (feeds lots!), and now the shrimp enchiladas. 5+ stars!

Discovered this place when traveling through Eugene. It was almost empty when we arrived a little after 5 but was almost full by the time we finished. The tour of Guadalajara - chile Colorado, chile Verde and chile rellano with rice, beans and tortillas could have fed both of us. The chicken enchiladas were also good. Prices were very reasonable. Salsa was on the very mild side...would have like a wilder option. Chips were tender and warm.

This is our favorite restaurant in Springfield. They are always friendly, never rude even when you show up close to closing time. They make me a special drink, a jalapeno margarita made with rum! They make it perfect Everytime. We have been going here for over 10 years and have never been disappointed.

Been there two times and both times was OK.
Nothing terribly wrong with the place but as a Mexican restaurant I do not find it very authentic Mexican food. Lots of sauce to cover food taste and beans are average taste. I was expecting more food wise especially for price they charge.
On my last visit I had the carne asada burrito but I did not find very tasty and meat was not skirt steak or it did not taste like.
Service was good. Nothing spectacular and waitress did serve but I didn't find friendly nor welcoming.
Please try and share with me how you found this Mexican restaurant.

Me and my husband thought it would be nice to go and have some drinks and go to the video poker room and when we just sat down the waitress told us they were closing the room 3 hours early. She didn’t give us a reason just told us to leave. She said we could eat but they were closing the room. It wouldn’t have been a problem if she was nice about it. This is the second problem I have had at this restaurant. For the holidays our family met to eat dinner after I called to make sure what time they closed and when we arrived they told us they were closing. Was to say at least a inconvenience for

Formally had this rated at 5 stars, but something changed and this is not the place anymore for good Mexican food. Maybe new owners or management...I don't know. My wife and I have been going here for almost 10 years, but the service and quality have tanked, hard. Last visit was over an hour to get 2 dishes when there were only 5 tables being used. Was also burnt by them placing a cast iron griddle in a bad spot of our table. Servers used to take an interest in the customers but now you have to ask for refills on drinks because they never come by to check on you.

The food was good but they definitely only get 2 stars. The side of beans that came with my Caldo 7 Mares that I specifically paid extra for the whole order to be a large, was abysmal. The Caldo size was small as well. You can't charge people $4-$5 to upgrade to a Large and then serve them a Tiny. I've seen Happy Meals bigger. Now, I understand people might think I'm being a little dramatic, or possibly exaggerating the size, (or lack thereof) but, well, pics for proof. I decided to try this restaurant, was yearning for enchiladas. Before I could tell the person on the phone I would be there in about thirty minutes he hung up on me. When I did get there the food was warm. It was about twenty minutes. When I got it home it was just thrown in a tinfoil tray and I had to warm it up. It wasn’t good enchiladas either. Hardly any sauce just hamburger cheese and tortilla. Won’t go here again
