Is it the brain go out within a year to control gas valve in the pilot the pilot can get to where they won't stay functioning and all they want to replace the pilot but they expect people to wait a week to get the part back this in my opinion is totally wrong and since they know the brain is going to be the problem or the gas control valve then they need to make sure that that is on hand at their dealership

Well I've had issues with the new heater and within a few days I've had to replace both heating elements and for the last 3 weeks I've had to hit the reset button die to kick off. Both times I've called the company and was taken care of with new parts. If something happens again I will expect a new replacement

Rudest customer service i have ran into in a while. I have called to get a part, already have part #. The lady wanted serial number, model number and other information that is completely irrelevant to my inquiry. Refused to help me without me giving that information. Appears to me just a button pusher who is not able to think outside the box.
