Tamera does such an incredible job. I have had a lot of trouble with hair breakage when waxing but going here fixed that.

I can easily say this is the least painful waxing experience I've ever had. Regardless if you're new to waxing Brazilian or otherwise, Tamara is so experienced and so good at what she does. She has taken initiative to educate herself beyond what any other esthetician receives through schooling. She's professional, quick and doesn't make you get into weird positions. Big girls and any other size and gender are welcome! I seriously cannot say enough good things about her. Please see her, you will not find a better experience. I was looking for an esthetician that uses all natural product for Brazilian waxing and called quite a few places in Vancouver but only a couple said yes, which was a bit disappointing. The first place I went did not suffice my needs nor my expectations and after some months I decided to give the second place a try (which was Tammy). Thank goodness I did! She was professional and knowledgeable, not just in esthetics but in general. She's quick and a perfectionist that doesn't miss a step.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience today at Waxing Etc. Tamera is truly a professional, & a gem of a person. Despite the Brazilian previously being a very painful & scary experience for me, this was the best I could've hoped for. Her office environment is clean & welcoming, her fuzzy companion is just adorable, & the quality of work is meticulous & unmatched. I am looking forward to regular maintenance waxes in the future, she has a forever customer now!

I've never had someone who knew so much about how my hair on my eyebrows grew out. My eyebrows look like they were supposed to be on my face. Most experiences I've ever had has always felt as though they rushed and I would have to go back home and finish cleaning the hairs left behind. Tammy did perfectly and didn't leave anything undone. She was so patient with me and I felt taken care of. Tammy is so fun and kind and I love how comfortable she made my fiance and I feel. Will definitely continue going to her for my waxings.

Went in for the first time yesterday. Tammy was amazing. She got back to me via text right away about an apointment. She got me in within the hour, greeted me at the door and welcomed my pup to come along with me. She made me feel very comfortable from start to finish and did an amazing job on my Brazilian wax. I already booked my maintenance appointment and will give her my business always!! I highly recommend her.

I've been coming here for years now and Tammy is AMAZING. I've gone to a couple other Vancouver wax businesses but once I met Tammy I've never looked for another. I moved and still drive hours to go here. She uses a special wax that truly does not feel like my skins coming off. She is a master at her skill and it shows!! Her office is extremely clean and I'm totally comfortable.

I've been going to Tammy for the last 6mo and the only thing I can say is I wish I'd found here sooner! In all my many years of waxing I've never had someone so through and detailed about their work. Tammy goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect and is exactly the way YOU want it. Her customer service is impeccable! The office is always immaculate and of the highest standards. Tammy is a kind, honest and all around great person. I enjoy my waxing appointment--I know, things you NEVER say about a waxing appointment BUT Tammy makes them a good experience.

This was absolutely the worst waxing experience of my entire life. I've had lots of waxes in the past and was never in as much pain as this woman put me though. She damaged my skin so badly! Please don't go here. Save yourself pain and skin damage. European wax center gets a bad rap but they are 100% better than this awful place. I regret not walking out as soon as she told me she would try not to throw up on me... like on me because she also insisted on working while she had a migraine. I offered to reschedule

The gal who runs this place is super particular and does a really great job. It was a much longer waxing session than I'm accustomed to, but that's because she wants to get it perfect. I probably won't go back now that Urban Waxx is opening a branch near me and I LOVE them. However, I'll keep Tammy's business in my back pocket for future.

As a guy I have been tentative at best about "personal" grooming. Having had my first wax session on ye ole wedding tackle with Tammy, I left sore but satisfied.
Tammy did a fantastic job of turning an awkward and embarrassing situation into an almost mundane experience. Minus the sound of copious amounts of Velcro ripping apart.
Yes it hurts, yeah.....kinda surreal..... but all in all I'm glad that I did. Albeit a bit more glad it's over with despite the pain being very temporary.
I don't talk about my down yonders with my buddies but if I did I would recommend Tammy

The place is immaculately clean. She is extremely hygienic throughout the process. I was nervous. And she could tell, but she put me at ease with fun conversation. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but Tammy (the owner and sole employee) is hands-down the BEST waxer I've ever been to. Her prices are reasonable, and she's great about scheduling (via text, website, or call) and will make every effort to fit you in as needed.
