The Beach House Condominiums are located directly on the beach at 675 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach FL, 32550. Every condo has a private, unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sand beach. There's no streets to cross between the condo and the beach, it's a short walk directly from your front door to one of the three private beach access boardwalks.
Harborwalk Village is a family-friendly, outdoor shopping mall located on the Destin Harbor in. Urban Air Adventure Park is a family-friendly indoor trampoline center located near Walmart in. Dewey Destin's is a waterfront seafood restaurant located on the Destin Harbor in Destin, . Boshamps Seafood and Oyster House is a waterfront seafood restaurant located on the Destin.
The beach flag warning system has been in place since 2005 when the state of Florida enacted it into law. The five flags are meant to represent the level of danger of the water and surf conditions in the nearby area. The most hazardous conditions are represented by a double red flag, which also indicates that it is illegal to get into the water.

This is the best beach house you will find this close to the beach no nosey neighbors everyone stays to them selfs and does their own thing! Beach house is so close to literally everything in Destin/ Miramar beach! Condo 503A is one of a kind. It's big enough to sleep 8 comfortably. Two bathrooms full kitchen 2 bedroom one king size room another with two full sized beds two couches that pull out to beds in the living room. Best beach by far!!! It's sooo laid back I love it we've seen dolphins swimming and jumping right in front of us. Also night time walks on the beach are a must! Hit up the pools

We truly enjoyed our stay. The view from the patio was amazing from sunrise to sunset. The sand was nice, clean and soft, we even stopped wearing our flip flops down to the beach because they kept all the outdoor areas very clean. The condo was a perfect size for 5 of us. Always seem to be plenty of room to move around.

First trip to Miramar Beach! The water is so clear! This condo is right on the beach, footsteps yo the pool and ocean! The owners were wonderful , helpful and answered all questions! They left a welcome gift which was a nice touch. We Loved it! Will definitely be back!

Jan was an awesome host! We arrived a little earlier than expected and was able to get checked in which was much appreciated. Upon check in we were pleasantly surprised by a great welcome gift. (nice touch) This unit was completely stocked with anything you could possibly need during your stay. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The location and view can't be beat. Just a few steps and you are right on the beach. This was very handy since I have breathing problems and am on oxygen. We were excited to see dolphins several times throughout the week, sometimes jumping up out of the water. The

Great location, great condo layout, wonderful view, beach access was easy and not too crowded, and the chairs and umbrella set up every day was perfect! Condo was clean and nicely stocked with essentials. Stayed in 402B which had comfortable beds and great pillows and plenty of comfortable living room seating for our family. Easy access to restaurants and stores. Nice to have lounge chairs and table and chairs on balcony. The area is so beautiful and was so nice to be able to wake up to direct views and sounds of the ocean! Thank you for a great vacation!

Our stay in condo C303 was perfect. I could not have asked for a better place to spend the week. This is a beautiful condo right on the beach. The unit itself is beautiful, comfortable and well stocked with all the utensils, pots and pans and cookware we needed. Property is well kept, friendly atmosphere, easy access to main strip, grocery, gas station, outlet mall. We have stayed many places, but I will say that I will definitely deal with Jan and Corey Hansen!!!

My family of 4 as well as my parents took our first family trip to Florida and C103 was the perfect place for our stay! Having small children, being on the ground level was a huge plus and made it super easy to carry our loads to the beach or to the pool! The unit was very clean and cozy! It was great having 2 separate bathrooms in the unit as well as a washer and a dryer! Jan was very responsive and answered all the questions we had. This location was also great because it is just a short driving distance from great restaurants and general shopping. We look forward to booking our trip next year
