Pat Dunn wrote what I considered of the best mortgages ever in 2013. He was able to secure a 3.25% rate back then. Occasionally, I would call Pat and ask if there was a reason to re-fi. He always ran the numbers and gave me honest feedback. It never “penciled “ out. In Dec 2020, I received a text from Pat, he had run the numbers on his own accord and was able to save me over $500 a month without anything out of pocket. I cannot say enough good things about Westwood Mortgage and Patrick and the whole staff. We recently refinanced and even though we wanted to stay local with our loan, we were not getting the answers and support we needed. Tom and his team were absolutely fantastic. Throughout the process Tom spent several hours on the phone explaining everything in detail as well as any alternate options that were available. Unlike my last home purchase with a larger bank, the team at Westwood Mortgage had all the documentation done a week ahead of our closing date.
