We needed a electric campsite. We called they told us they did. We had a tent. Got there they close at 5 it was 4:30 and they were closed already. Went to our campsite no electricity. No money back. We were all packed for elastic campsite. We needed electricity. So we paid for 3 nights and there were several sites left. But we still didn't get any refund. It would of been different if they had told us no electricity.

Great place to overnight stay or even for a weekend! Beautiful river view and Mountain View! Close to one another in an open field if you are in a rv or camper. Word of advice if you do stay in a rv or camper that is longer then 35 feet please stay in sites G-L! Otherwise you will have a very hard time backing your camper in! We happened to stay in the A-F row and it was very hard backing in a 40 foot camper! Otherwise it’s beautiful! Love the bamboo forest! Great place for pictures!

The campground is right on the water within walking distance to an outfitters company with kayaks, canoes, etc for rent. There's plenty to do in that general area... restaurants, water sports...
They have cabins for rent and fairly easy hookups. They were ok with giving us an early check in time.
My 2 star rating comes from asking for a pull through site. We were told that a pull through would be no problem and they would leave our site info on the door if we came while they were at lunch. There's no pull through sites in the park at all!! We managed to park by using 1-1/2 sites but it wasn't

For same $, I got a clean cabin vs a questionable room in Knoxville. Just read the reviews. Important to remember this is a camping cabin, so bring your own sleep bag, pillows, towel and soap. Short walk to private bath, no toilet in cabin.

Beautiful campground. Small secluded next to the river and reasonably priced. Grounds were well maintained, individual bathrooms, wonderful friendly staff. Cabins are roomy for 4+ people with small fridge, ac/heat, ceing fans and a beautiful view of the mountains from the porch. Drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge in an hour. We will definitely be back next year!!!

The bathrooms are super nice and the staff is great, but it’s right off the highway and super loud. Very hard to relax and fall asleep with all the Jake breaks and loud trucks.

Lovely cabins situated on pigeon river. Our family had a great time here. The only thing I wish was that the bathrooms were cleaner(they are shared between other renters) and the highway was loud.

Tent camped Wed 7/15 & 7/15. Had a nice gravel camp pad spot right on the river Easy check in at a stocked office. Campsite is attached to the parking lot for rafting which is convenient for rafting excursions but feels farther away and is separated by a fence. A row of cute camping cabins available too .Bathrooms are private individual with code locks and each have a shower, NO " bathhouse" ! Those can be a deal breaker for some "want to camp "folk. Well kept little pool as well. Open space for group activities or dog walking. On the 2 nights I was there, very quiet after 9 pm (even with a scout

The best campgrounds yet! Quiet place with beautiful views close to everything. Rafting tours, food, expresso, whiskey tasting. The cabins are awesome! Very clean, no bugs, comfortable beds. Cabins come with a mini refrigerator and microwave. Campstore in grounds. We have never felt more safe at a campground as we did here. The lady who takes care of these cabins and campsites does an excellent job keeping it so clean.
