We fell in love with East Tennessee and the people here, so we decided to open a family RV campground of our own in the Smokies. The nicest folks you will ever meet are at RV campgrounds. We want our guests to feel at home, and we'll do everything in our power to make them comfortable. Our main goal is for everyone (and especially children) to feel safe and happy, and to love being here.
We're offering our campers lots of unique amenities to show them that they mean a lot to us. If you ever have a problem, we'll take care of it immediately. We look forward to seeing you and your family soon!

We've been camping in and around the Great Smoky Mountains National Park for years. We fell in love with the area and the people here, so we decided to open a family RV campground of our own in the Smokies. Luckily, we found the perfect location near all the activities, attractions, and shows Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge have to offer.
Call office about trailers to make sure we have room for them. No boats. Call (865) 440-2082 to reserve the Cabin & Cottages. One vehicle parking at the Cabin & Cottages. No trailers, no motorcycles, no tents. We understand things happen. If you need to cancel your reservation, please call us (865) 440-2082.
Located just 20 minutes off of I-40, Duvall in the Smokies is the premier family RV campground in Sevierville, Tennessee. Not only does our enclosed resort-style campground include everything your family could want to enjoy your Smoky Mountains vacation, but we're located just a short drive from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Fabulous stay! The new owners are incredible. Duvall’s is a small, quiet campground with a ‘part of the family’ feel. It’s cozy, clean, and full of country accents. A small river flanks one side of the grounds. The sites along the riverbank are more spacious then the middle row. Duvalls’ is dog friendly with green space and doggie bag stations. We loved seeing the wild bald eagle couple who nest near the campground. One morning we spied the male bringing a tasty snake to his bride. We stayed over Christmas (2021) and the weather was very warm. We took advantage of it, sitting outside

Second time staying here and we love it. We always get the double size site next to the river. Very quiet campground and in a great location. Easy access to the interstate and quick back roads to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Any way you can avoid driving the whole Parkway is a good thing!!! New host seems very nice and campground is all paved and clean.

Able to book a spot last minute and I’m glad we were. Small, gated campground w/ paved sites. We had a backin the first night, and moved to a pull thru the next day. Friendly camp host and wood and laundry were on the honor system. Nice community area next to a pool area which is being constructed. Friendly campers. Already booked our stay next year. Close to attractions, shopping and restaurants

Love this place !! A small campground but all spots that I looked at were level and place well kept. The pool hasn't been finished and only 1 men's and women's bath house (1 room for each)but not a real big deal. Close to everything but the most peaceful campground I've ever stayed at !!! It's on the Pigeon river too. Look for the visiting Eagles in the morning setting in tree by river. Were there each morning of our stay !
1st. Stay at Duvall but not the last !!!! Great experience !!!

We made reservations for this week 5 months ago and were told the pool would be operational by memorial weekend so not to worry about the summer availability. Since we have to have a pool available (we always have our 7 & 8 year old granddaughters), we inquired about the progress of the pool installation each month since and were updated each time that it would be ‘next month’. Finally in June, we had to cancel our reservation and arrange elsewhere in sevierville to get a place with the needed facilities. While here this week, decided to stop by Duvall’s to again check on status of pool installation

Owners are extremely rude and unprofessional. They claim to have poured their life savings into the campground but they should have spent some of the money in hospitality lessons. 0/10 would not recommend anyone stay here there are literally tons of other campgrounds to stay at in the area, take it from me and the several others that reviewed their attitudes towards paying guests. Also this was not our first visit we have stayed on many occasions and brought family and sent friends there as well.
